### "LOVE Adobe!"

June 21, 2018

5.0

Pros

I love that all my files can be saved outside of my computer, so my team can access files from anywhere.

Cons

There are a lot of features and i haven't learned them all yet. And once i start to learn it, Adobe comes out with something new that I have to learn all over.

### "Issues and Not Worth the Money"

June 3, 2019

2.0

Horrible. Functions change constantly and I have to relearn to do things that I've done for years. Then, as soon as I learn a work around, it changes yet again! Outrageous for the money paid every month.

Pros

It does what I need it to do most of the time....but!!!!

Cons

Every time it updates the functionality changes so I have to relearn how to do a specific operation. For example, if I want to replace a sky (something I've been doing for years with CS4) I'll be able to do it for a while then suddenly I cannot do it any more. Same with cutting and pasting. When I had the CD, nothing changed. With the creative cloud you have to constantly relearn basics. Also, many times a certain function will not work unless you reboot your computer. Finally, as an artist I find it vile that they charge you every month and make millions more than they really need.

### "You get EVERYTHING!"

February 16, 2021

4.0

Overall, it's an invaluable tool as a Graphic Designer. I can easily make back the monthly payment in a single job or two.

Pros

I really enjoy having all of the Adobe products available and up-to-date at all times. The ability to open Creative Cloud and manage my installs is very nice, too.

Cons

The login reminders to access your Adobe apps can be frustrating, especially when the same prompt appears multiple times in one day and will, at times, asks for 2-step verification to make sure you are the authorized user.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I have been using Adobe products for 20+ years. Even at the top of the industry, they never fail to innovate and keep their programs cutting edge.

### "Essential part of any creative team."

June 5, 2018

5.0

Pros

Variety of programs available for use. Whatever creative task you have, there is always an Adobe CC app that will help you accomplish it beautifully.

Cons

Sometimes InDesign will quit randomly in the middle of a project, and I haven't been able to identify the trigger.

### "This is the go to application for anyone in the creative industry."

December 5, 2017

5.0

I would absolutely recommend this application to all levels of creative disciplines. It has the opportunity to be a game changer in any industry.

Pros

I love the integration between applications. I can start in Illustrator, and move vector images directly into Photoshop. The same can be said with all of the Adobe products. These are top notch creative applications that have an answer for any problem I'm looking for. They've also grown along with the industry, keeping me well armed for any project that comes my way: website, email, animation, print, video, etc.

Cons

I did prefer the single purchase model over the monthly, but ultimately my company pays for it, so I don't feel the costs.

### "More features than most people probably need"

July 20, 2019

4.0

I’ve been using Adobe software for over a decade, but I increasingly find myself using non-Adobe tools because there are so many alternatives out there nowadays that are cheaper, easier to use, and don’t require me to subscribe to an entire bundle of software that I don’t really need.

Pros

You get SO much high quality, industry standard software - from film editing tools to 3D modeling to audio engineering software. Such a robust suite of tools for creatives.

Cons

It’s really un-intuitive for beginners. You’ll probably have to take multiple online classes to start getting it down. There’s also a good chance you’re paying for way more software than you actually need each month.

### "The central hub of everything you need to design"

March 18, 2021

5.0

Though Creative Cloud is expensive, you simply can't be a professional designer without it. The Creative Cloud hub itself is a largely unobtrusive and elegant solution that provides good service for your Adobe products.

Pros

Creative Cloud was quite an adjustment for me as a user of the Adobe Creative Suite for over a decade, but it's a very slick and well-made hub for everything you need to design. Its updates are usually unobtrusive and handled in the background and I'm especially impressed with its stock image and font capabilities.

Cons

On macOS I'm a little weirded out that it's not on the bottom taskbar like other Adobe programs, but instead it's in the top right panel like volume or Bluetooth.

### "Creative Cloud is great for making sure my applications are updated"

January 2, 2019

5.0

Creative Cloud is a necessity for anyone who uses Adobe applications. It allows me to keep Photoshop and Lightroom constantly up-to-date so I don't miss out on new features or security patches. It also makes it easy to find out about new applications that I did not now about and even install them right from the program.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud makes it incredibly simple to keep my Adobe applications updated. I use Photoshop and Lightroom extensively , and I like to be notified when there is an update available. Creative Cloud also makes it easy to find and install other Adobe applications.

Cons

Sometimes when I clear the notifications, they do not go away. It would be helpful if that part of the program was more intuitive.

### "User-friendly interface with superior graphic capabilities."

February 1, 2018

5.0

Pros

Affordable access to the latest versions of graphic design software, enabling user to easily maintain access to updates and new versions.

Cons

Can only subscribe to full array of programs--would be nice if you could subscribe only to the ones you actually use and need.

### "We Live in a PDF World"

May 3, 2019

5.0

Now that I have the full suite, I am regularly using the PDF editor, PhotoShop, and Muse to design, create, print, and share my documents. This is helpful having all of them at my fingertip, anywhere on any computer. A subscription based service also insures that you have the latest software and also cuts down on the sticker shock of buying all the tools outright.

Pros

I get PDF forms almost everyday, and having a full Adobe suite to work with files is indispensable. Although I rarely create my own PDF forms other than saving to that format from Word, I do modify other PDFs constantly. Having all of Adobe's features to edit, modify, resave, etc. gives me full control over my work and documentation.

Cons

I wish there was quicker help sources for getting the software to do what I want. With such a feature rich platform, there are bound to be times when you don't know or remember the button sequenec to get to the tool you want. I rely on the search and index help section, but just as often online videos. What about a button to take me immediately to online tutorials?

In media production, Adobe Creative Cloud is incredibly essential and you can not replace it with any other creative productivity suite.

### "A must-have for most businesses"

August 28, 2019

5.0

We use Adobe Creative Cloud to make presentations, marketing materials, print and digital ads, social media posts and more. It's helpful for all of us within the agency to use the same tool and to have the ability to download the latest version as needed.

Pros

I love how you can use the different apps provided by Adobe Creative Cloud to create and manipulate images as needed for social media posts, marketing materials and branding projects. The ability to download software from online is very helpful as well!

Cons

There's definitely a learning curve, and I wouldn't say the Adobe Creative Cloud is exactly intuitive. It can take time to learn how to do what you need to do.

### "Creative Cloud provides all the tools I need for graphic design"

December 8, 2017

5.0

Pros

I like that all of the features I need for web, print, digital, email design and more are in one package, and all of the tools work together.

Cons

What I like least is that the only option is subscription, you can no longer buy the software and update when you desire.

### "You are never without"

December 26, 2018

5.0

Pros

When using Adobe Creative Cloud, you are never without the ability to access your documents from any location and any computer. Whether I'm in my office or at the beach, using my desktop or an iPad, I have full access. This is a level of freedom that few software programs can offer you.

Cons

I would like to see it a little less expensive, but I understand you get what you pay for and it honestly is worth the price.

Adobe Creative Cloud offers access to great apps like Photoshop, Acrobat and After effects. With access to multiple devices you can't go wrong with Adobe CC

Pros

Access to a number of apps for graphic design, video editing and document creation. CC lets you use your programs on multiple devices. A must for people on the go. A central hub that alerts you on updates but doesn't install them until your ready.

### "Great Platform for Creating Anything Digitally"

January 21, 2021

5.0

Learning the different programs is one of my favorite pastimes. The videos are engaging and so helpful. If anyone is struggling to find work or a career field, I always suggest people learn the programs in this platform. It's almost like having a trade certification.

Pros

Adobe Creative Cloud is a must need for anyone who is in the digital creative world. You can create so many things and all the platforms cross over, so it helps you work efficiently. The tutorials and third-party tutorials provided are exceptional, if you have the time you'll be a pro in no time.

Cons

The software can be pricey for those on a limited budget. There is also a great amount of learning one must do to be efficient in the software.

### "Creative Cloud - Designers Basics"

October 30, 2019

5.0

We use creative cloud for creating graphics, editing images, and putting together designed images and presentations.

Pros

The suite of apps offered in creative cloud including photoshop, illustrator, and lightroom are some of the best at what they do and include nearly all the basics needed for many creative design companies or individuals. These apps are the ones designers know and love and are well known and generally easy to use. Most of them are industry standards for image generation and editing.

Cons

Creative cloud packaged together the various adobe apps that used to be sold separately in part to lower individual program costs. There are now packages of creative cloud apps based on user type that seems contrived and over complicated when often only one or two apps are needed. In addition, while many of the apps have been around for a while, some of them still take considerable amount of time to master. Controls and commands are not always called the same thing or use the same symbol across different apps.

Adobe has made it really hard to look elsewhere for programs... and you really don't own anything anymore.
