### "Amazing Software Suite! With a steep learning curve"

December 5, 2020

4.0

Even with minor frustrations and a steep learning curve, I can't imagine using any other software for my freelance, photography, or fine art needs. The advances of this software over the last decade has been amazing and at top speed. There is no creative task I have not found a solution to. As often as I have tried other software to save money, I always come back to Adobe. It's worth the cost!

Pros

The Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software is by far the most useful collection of tools if you are in almost any creative field. I have used this software for 4+ years now, and could not do my job or create my artwork without it. Every step of my creative process is covered by one of their programs. Whether I am sorting images in Lightroom, editing and creating work in Photoshop, or doing layout in Indesign, I'm covered. The software is at the lead with new techniques and now with creative cloud, you are always using the most up to date versions.

Cons

As much as I love and depend on this software on a daily basis, the years of intense study and use that it has taken to get to the level of ease I am at now has to be taken into account. Moving from Photoshop to learning a new program like InDesign basically means you need to relearn almost everything. I understand that the two programs are for two totally different industries, but these worlds do cross over. There is also the fact that as much as I love having my software up-to-date, not having an option to buy the software out-right is frustrating. I tend to like to pay things off and not have a monthly (or yearly), recurring bill. Lastly, I would say that the occurrence of software bugs with new updates seems to happen often. It sometimes feels like we are being tested on as we pay. And the immediate help needed with sudden, unexpected glitches in your work process is hard to come by. There are times I have had to reinstall an older version to keep working. I think we are in a time when the pace of producing new software versions is allowing the collateral damage to be releasing updates with bugs.

### "Everything You Need To Succeed "

April 23, 2020

In the years I been using creative cloud I can say if you have small business and do all your marketing and wanna create videos/promos/flyers/make animation/edit anything media related, even down to customized websites you can do it with Creative Cloud it makes all things possible! lol And with photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects ( which is really cool too) In-Design you can download templates from websites like Envato which makes things run so smoothly for you. I've had no problems outta creative cloud ive been using it since 2010 and I LOVE IT! Esepcally on the Microsoft side. There interface is easier to use than apple's creative cloud. It's pretty affordable too. I was student so it was like 19.99 a month of something like that for thousands of dollars worth of products I don't know how they make it so cheap. But I thank them from the bottom of my heart because it's help me get so much stuff done for business, church even fun projects I used to do outside of the job element. Please use Creative cloud they are like the Mc.Donalds upgraded to 4 stars in Production of any kind. Spark is a really cool program to use it's available on the i-pad. Well that's where I used it at. I mean with simple clicks you can create flyers and layouts. You can start a project on your computer do another one on the laptop and finish up on the tablet. It's universal I really love Adobe and pray that are not doing anywhere anytime soon. I often wonder if this is what Movie producers use.

Pros

I LOVE LOVE LOVE creative cloud. It has so many products available to you to get all your media production,Video editings, Marketing,Promotional Videos, Anything you can possible think of in media production, Flyers, Websites, Commerical ads, Facebook promo's, My favorite is Photoshop like I spend HOURS! On photoshop but if I need lightroom to lighten a image or darken a specific section of a photo I can do that as well. Like you can change the color of a shirt to match the eyes of someone. You can even edit a specific section of a image in one software and hop to another to complete the project your working on like I've started out doing something in photoshop and exported it to Ai. It's so easy to use I think they have little tutorial videos to get your started on the products so you can better understand what your doing. It's so many products included in creative cloud I haven't even used them all yet lol. When I say you can do EVERYTHING I mean you can do EVERYTHING. I wouldn't think of using anything else for my marketing/videos/customer flyers/promo videos, Even short films. They have this product called premiere pro. It is so awesome to use!! Like you can merge videos cut clips out add sound. It makes you feel like a real producer and I didn't even have to take a class for it. The tutorial videos they provide along with youtube are amazing. It explains everything. The apple interfaces with Creative Cloud aren't a user friendly to me honestly. I like the Microsoft.

Cons

The only product in creative cloud that I haven't really liked that well is In-Design I find it quite difficult to use at times. That's just my opinion though. I really can't think of too many things that I don't like about creative cloud honestly. It does pretty much everything. It might awhile but the customization of the finest of details is worth it if your a perfectionist like me. And if you feel you can't get something done in one program you can always use another product in Creative Cloud that might have a better interface for it.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

I heard someone speak of Photoshop and how great it was so I tried it out and well.. \*Laughs\* I haven't been able to use anything else since then. Let's just say "Love at first use"

### "Do it, Adobe Creative Cloud is worth the investment"

July 12, 2022

5.0

Fantastic. I've come so far since starting with Adobe in 2015. And I'm still learning today in 2022.

Pros

Adobe is constantly working to improve the customer experience when using its products. Their customer service is fantastic. And there is a large community on YouTube putting out tutorial videos to help you along the way.

Cons

Some features are not intuitive. But a quick search on Google and you'll be good to go.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe was the best choice by far.

Switched from

[GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program)](https://www.capterra.com/p/168960/GIMP/)

Gimp was free which was great. But the features were very limitied.

### "I'm Addicted"

October 17, 2018

4.0

All in all, I love me some Adobe; yes, we have a complicated relationship, but I'm in too deep to save those fiftyish dollars per month. Can I reproduce the same effects with other programs and apps? Sure. Am I willing to try living that way? Never ever ever! <3<3<3

Pros

I first met Photoshop and Illustrator as a graphic design student in the late 90s. Since then, the features and possibilities have only gotten more ground-breaking--and addictive. As a fashion photographer, I had quite a field day with the liquify feature and colour-altering tools. As a documentary filmmaker, I was trained in all of the biggest programs, but still prefer Premiere to any other. As a musician, I prefer Audition to almost any other program (Garageband is kinda fun, but don't tell anyone I said that). The experimental or "Adobe obviously bought out a smaller company" type titles are fun to mess with and might prove to be solid members of my artistic arsenal at some point.

Cons

1\. Frankly, I am beyond-livid that the software that I once paid thousands of dollars for (gladly) has gone to a subscription model. I don't like verifying my identity, having to sign in every five minutes, having to be online half the time lest the program freaks out and sends me frantic messages. I don't like the fact that the cloud slows down the processing speed and sometimes makes everything freeze, requiring restart. In fact, the subscription model for a collection of software programs that haven't broken new ground in a decade is beyond-insane--especially since hundreds of other apps \*also\* have the ability to change colours and make one look thinner and add text and edit video, etc. --some of them for free, others for a pittance. The thing is, I've gone from being an art student to a fashion photographer to a college professor to a retired professor who fell back in love with the artistic life. Ergo, I can't live without Photoshop et al. Which means that even though it's insane of Adobe to arrogantly charge so much for their ancient laurel-restingness product, my level of sanity matches theirs, for I've faithfully paid the subscription price since they switched over. 2. A more-vexing issue I have is the inability to make the interface and menus etc. bigger. I can barely see it when I'm two feet away from the PC, and I'm usually twice as far away from it (bad back). Changing resolution didn't help. I still pay my sub, but I use Adobe products way less these days. :/

### "If You Can Dream It, You Can Make It"

January 30, 2019

5.0

For over 20 years, Adobe Creative software has been a part of my life. It has become an extension of myself. When I am listening to my fellow marketers, my managers/bosses, or my freelance clients describe what they want, I not only get a vision in my head, but I can also incorporate the feasibility of the project's completion, how I would go about fulfilling the project parameters, and approximately how much time it will take to finish, mostly depending on the client. This has allowed me to spend less time hastily making up for the amount of time I didn't budget during the quote/proposal process, and more time going back and touching up my work to make it truly unique, and a high quality finished product.

Pros

There is a reason the Adobe Creative Suite is consistently the #1 most pirated software in the world -- it sets the bar extremely high for competing software. There isn't a more comprehensive suite of design/editing software that works with formats/extensions accepted around the globe. Any business with any kind of internal marketing department/staff, this software is essential. There are individual software packages that offer comparable usability, but between the one-stop-shop that is Adobe CC and the price you're paying for monthly/annual updates from competing software, they really don't compare. As someone who has been at least marginally involved with vector design, web programming, video production, headshot photography, web graphics, etc. there literally isn't anything I can't do with an Adobe CC license. Not to mention, each new version gives me even more usability options without the learning curve.

Cons

Sometimes I run into the situation where I need to save files in a legacy format if vendors or other businesses/clients haven't updated their software recently, which is kind of a pain. Most any other problem I've had has been due to my own ignorance and was easily solved by a simple search engine result.

### "Essential but Expensive"

July 13, 2022

4.0

Adobe Creative Cloud is essential to my indie publishing business. Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, and other apps are used on a daily basis to produce content. At times it can feel frustrating, bloated, out of date, and expensive, but there are no legitimate alternatives.

Pros

The Adobe Creative Cloud has everything a small business and content creator needs. There are so many tools that it will take you years or decades to master all of them. You could hire a specialist for each one, or try to use them all yourself to produce and more content. It's the leading software suite for creative development. I mostly use it for content creation and publishing in Photoshop and InDesign.

Cons

The Adobe team are incredibly slow in updating their software to modern standards. Why? Because they can afford to be slow. They're the top dog. Even the closest competitors can't compare. But it's frustrating that most of the problems their software had 10 years ago is still there. It's also super expensive, at over $600 a year!! On the one hand, I like updates over the course of the year. On the other, I hate having to pay for a subscription service for apps that I don't use that often but would still like to have around in case I need them. I prefer lifetime deals, but Adobe has made their choice and we all have to live with it.

### "Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud 2020 Review"

October 1, 2020

5.0

Using Photoshop on a daily basis for client design projects has made me familiar with the product and I can say it is an amazingly useful tool to any designer or artist. Someone who doesn't need the entire Adobe set but is looking to edit photos with filters and cropping can pay for a Photshop-only plan at a reduced cost compared to the all-program suite. This is important to mention as unfortunately the price on the entire Suite is high, being $40 per month at the time of writing. It grows even more feature-rich yearly, and there is the ability to use Photoshop on tablets as well to transfer files for on-the-go editing. I'd say look into Photoshop and if you need it for your work or are a hobbyist artist, buy it if it's financially viable.

Pros

A highly impactful feature that separates Photshop from simpler image-editing software would be the ability to use layers. Layers mean that a user can decide to have the background be distinct from the foreground, or individually edit objects within a large picture with many objects. The layers can also be merged together, copied or deleted as needed. Naming layers is a small effort that pays off in the long run as you may work on a design or artwork for several days or weeks at a time. Seeing the name "tree" as opposed to "layer 2" and knowing it will edit a certain tree in a piece saves time. Another key element of Photoshop is the ability to download and implement brushes, to differentiate art pieces by using specific techniques like digitally mimicking watercolor or texture. All layers in Photshop have an opacity function, so a user can even select portions of the drawing to fully show or be less visible, and this is often used to do shading and make collages. Photoshop can accept various Adobe file types for editing, such as moving a file back and forth from Illustrator to Photoshop, or opening a PDF file. The save feature can be used to save a file as various formats so if your client needs a specific file type it can be provided. The entire layout of the program can be customized to your liking and entire sections can be toggled on or off.

Cons

There are minor issues I have with the program. When initially downloading it unless settings are toggled Photoshop might not naturally start every document in inches or even pixels, but in picas. Picas aren't a common measurement tool and it is easy to think your program has a bug if you do not know where the settings are. Another issue is that Photoshop, like most Adobe programs, does take up a rather high amount of computer RAM. Low-end or older computers will have problems running it, even recent laptops do not always come with the recommended RAM for it unless buying an expensive one. While on a vacation and wanting to make some artwork I attempted to run the program on a family member's laptop and what would take moments to do on my desktop PC took minutes on the laptop because of freezing and general hiccups due to lack of resource on the laptop. It was an awful experience. A smaller quirk is how every new version of Photoshop, which is revised yearly, will change the place various tools are located, either hiding them or putting them in a new location. It's annoying to have muscle memory lead to a different tool or temporarily being scared a great feature was removed.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud - The most robust suite of apps to enable your best creativity to manifest!"

June 15, 2019

5.0

Pros

Number one was the price. You get for "penies on the dollar" so many incredible apps for 1/100th of what they would cost to buy them all separately.,..and you pay monthly for this service so it makes it even more affordable than every other option available out there in the marketplace. The next most best thing I love is how this suite of apps includes every possible tool to do almost anything under the sun regarding creative work. I love the most that it automatically keeps all the apps updated without my involvement. Additionally, what I love most is their customer service department. I have had many situations where I needed their assistance and they provided me "token gestures" above and beyond the "call of duty" to appease me if I had any grievance about something. It is very rare to find a customer support team that treats their customers the way I have found Adobe treating me when in need of contacting them. To end this ...the absolute MOST best thing I Iove is how many different applications actually are included in this extremely robust suite that comes down from the cloud. It is mind boggling that the price is so low and you receive so many applications to use to pretty much cover anything under the sun that you would need to do.

Cons

What I like the least is the fact that each and every application is so robust and so complex, it would take a lifetime to just learn to be an expert using only one of them. To do the most simple tasks takes a lot of learning first and this is what i like the least - as you really need a course before you use their apps because it's so very difficult to figure out how to do anything from the simplest things to the most complex things...all of them require you knowing all the logistics of how to work with each and every app, and it's quite extremely time-consuming to "self teach" yourself on this matter. There is no "easy fix" to this other than to dive in deep and learn how to really work with each app on its own, and it's almost defined as "infinite" what you can do within each and every app Adobe provides with this Creative Cloud Suite. It truly is a never-ending learning process and you discover new things all the time - especially when they add new features when they provide updates to the apps automatically. They really need to have a built-in "guides for dummies" to help you do the basic things for each app- but they don't have that and I wish they did, and that sums up what I like the leat about Creative Cloud.

### "Can't live without it"

December 12, 2018

4.0

Pros

I love that the Creative Cloud suite holds all my graphics and video editing software needs in one place. And the Creative Cloud app helps ease the install process with a simple click of a button. Since Adobe owns all the softwares (premiere, aftereffects, photoshop, etc.), they are very well integrated with each other. There isn't a need for a separate export or save to be able to use files between multiple programs. For instance, photoshop or illustrator files can be used directly on premiere as a smart file, and the file can be updated without the hassle of having the save over and relinking. Another great collaboration tool is being able to switch between premiere and aftereffects when working on a video project. Each software is very powerful and can do a lot more than other similar softwares can provide.

Cons

The file size for the apps are large. And the cloud defaults the install storage to your primary drive. And most computers have a smaller primary SSD drive nowadays that you will run out of storage quickly. Be sure to change your default install folder within the cloud app to a secondary drive. However, if your secondary drive is not an SSD drive, you will get a little bit of slowdown. Another con for me was the newer releases were very unstable which required me to uninstall and install an older version. Adobe Cloud softwares are not an easy software to use, and I do not mean in terms of just tools. There are certain aspects of the software that requires you to know more about computers to be able to set it up properly. For example, Premiere Pro has an issue with the Mercury Playback not working on many graphic drivers. This required me to search on the internet for a while for a solution that ending up being a setting in cloud that was not obvious on what it does. And I consider myself pretty tech savvy. Most people who use Adobe are the creative type and do not know a lot about computer hardware. This part can use some help to help streamline the process for many users

### "Designers' best friend"

October 8, 2021

5.0

Over the years since it was just a student, its evolution has been massive, it was not something that was created overnight and yet the change was very fast, the user experience improved in many aspects and the way of communication within the whole Adobe family was something that completely changed the workflow, inside and outside the programs. Like other Adobe software it is constantly evolving along with its users and surprises you when you think you already have what you need. And because it never lags behind with its improvements and time, it is adaptable whenever a new need or trend arises.

Pros

Its evolution and its way of adapting to the current way of working, I think it is one of those programmes that often presents you with tools that you didn't know you needed, and every time there is an update it makes it easier and easier for you to use its tools. The warmth it has towards its users creates a pleasant experience and obviously invites you to stay with them.

Cons

It is one of the most expensive tools I have seen on the market, I think this can be a major constraint for those who want or need to use their products for either professional or school work. While it does have free trials, it is an investment that you have to keep in mind is expensive if you want to keep using it. And I think that discourages many people from using it.

### "Best creator tools"

May 11, 2022

4.0

I started as a videographer and used Premiere and After Effects for a long time, I started exploring then Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom and I loved having everything together. Now that my main focus is not into video I still use many of this tools for creating great content, reading and organizing pdfs

Pros

I love that Adobe has all in one place. As my main job is media production and my side hustle is creating content I need different kind of tools and Adobe offers me all of that.

Cons

Everything is great except that for people outside the US would be great to pay in other currencies. But speaking about the software everything works great

### "My experience with Adobe Creative Cloud."

March 17, 2023

5.0

It is a very wonderful application. It was a unique experience. I hope that many users will experience it because there are a large number of features and roles that were put in one application.

Pros

The presence of many features and roles in one application, unlike other applications, such as video editing, image editing, animation, and graphics. All these characteristics and tasks are gathered in the Adobe application.

Cons

The speed of the transitions within the application is great, but it does not suit many devices. I hope it will be improved in the future

### "Adobe is the Gold Standard and Creative Cloud Only Makes Things better"

January 27, 2019

5.0

As the title states, Adobe is the "gold standard" as far as I'm concerned. Portrait Pro offers nice features as does OnOne. But I have made Adobe the foundation of my image adjustment work in photography and cannot see that changing anytime soon.

Pros

The horror that haunted photographers decades ago was that someone would blow the processing of the negatives and an entire wedding shoot would be destroyed. Thankfully, that never happened to me. Now the stress is over those little SD cards. Lose or trash those and it's all over once again. Hence, my favorite camera body has two cards in it. Then it gets to storage. Once the job is delivered to the client, most of our worries are over. But hard drives are not infallible. And all those adjustments you did in Lightroom and/or Photoshop would be lost with drive failure unless you paid a fortune to get some expert to recover them -- if possible. Adobe CC solves that problem for a very reasonable cost. Your images with your adjustments are stored in the cloud and your whole photo studio can get blown away in a tornado, and you still have all your work. It doesn't get much better than that. Of course you can rent space elsewhere in the cloud, but I like simplicity, and having one vendor for all of this suits my style very well. Needless to say, this review is written from the perspective of a photographer. No doubt the Creative Cloud will be just as useful to those using Illustrator to the degree I use Lightroom and Photoshop.

Cons

Adobe Lightroom is currently available in two versions. Creative Cloud and Classic. Classic is what we learned on and has more features than the CC version. So if you use the CC version exclusively, you'll miss out on some desirable features. That said you can switch things around and get the job done. Nevertheless, it would be nice if Adobe would evaluate the most used features in Classic and add them to CC. I love the fact that my work while using CC is being uploaded to the cloud in real time and would like to see more Classic features incorporated into the CC version of Lightroom.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud was an ingenius solution to a problem you didn't know existed. "

March 19, 2018

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud provides me with every tool I need for my daily work in production. I cannot work without it and due to the quality of their products it makes my job easier every day.

Pros

Creative Cloud solved the issue of constantly needing to rebuy your software every few years to get the newest and latest updates. If you worked at a studio that had a newer version of Premiere then you were out of luck when you tried bringing in your project files. Adobe CC solved this, it's a monthly plan, which some were against, but getting access to the newest features and newest versions of ALL the programs Adobe has to offer is worth the monthly fee. You're staying up to date. New features, less bugs, constant improvements. These are just to name a few of the highlights of why Adobe CC is great. It gave Adobe a huge increase in cash flow as well so there has been a big upswing in the innovation department. With the newest features on every program making their respective components even higher quality is amazing. And finally having access to multiple Adobe platforms gives you the opportunity to see just how well they interact within the Adobe ecosystem. Bringing in photoshop files into After effects projects that were extracted from Premiere Pro timelines and then sent to Audition for audio mixing... The entire ecosystem of products just works well together and that's the biggest thing about Adobe that beats out the competitors!

Cons

The only issue I have with Adobe CC is in my field I use only about 60% of the products that come with it... so you could look at it as I am paying for 40% of things I don't use... However you're still saving money rather than buying the software yearly.

### "The industry standard, but not perfect"

July 12, 2022

4.0

Adobe Creative Cloud has solved many problems our organization has faced by allowing us to work with streamlined workflows and well integrated. However, sometimes I wonder whether there is a better competitor out there.

Pros

Creative Cloud provides access to a suite of software that is extremely versatile, customizable, and powerful for all means of creative work. The different software products integrate well with one another (E.g. After effects animations in Premiere, or Photoshop edits in Illustrator) and allows for workflows in projects that are relatively easy to manage.

Cons

Now and then, Premiere Pro seems to have a new bug that hampers our progress. Some video file formats work better than others. Other competitor video editing software has better performance under certain conditions. Creative Cloud products lack in optimization in certain situations.

### "As an Art Director at a marketing agency, I use the Adobe Creative Suite on a daily basis"

January 16, 2018

5.0

To have the ability to design seamlessly within the various programs is incredibly important to my daily workflow and the products we produce at our marketing agency.

Pros

I appreciate the robust functionality that the Adobe Creative Suite offers. When I was in college, you had to purchase each program separately. Since they've moved to the cloud-based suite, my interactions with the programs has changed pretty dramatically. At first I was frustrated with having to pay a monthly fee for the software, but I've grown to appreciate having access to the wide variety of programs that the suite offers. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a designer that doesn't use Adobe products in one way our another. While there are other programs and design solutions for a cheaper price tag, I've yet to find one with the tools and functionality that Adobe offers.

Cons

There are a few things that can be frustrating if you're a regular user. One of the most beneficial things about the software is consistency in functionality and tools from program to program. Because of the efficiencies I've experienced with the program continuity, it become very obvious when there is a gap. For example, the shortcut for Save As in Photoshop allows you to access all file types, whereas the shortcut for Save As in Illustrator only allows you to save in the vector formats (you must access the Export As option to save out in JPG/PNG, which doesn't have a short cut). While differences like this seem very minor, they can inhibit efficiency. That being said, I'm not sure there is any other competitive solution that handles this better. The other piece that can be frustrating is the level of support. It's often difficult to find answers to specific functionality questions. You have to dig quite a bit, and often find a solution on a random, non-Adobe forum.

### "All The Tools You Need to be Successful"

January 11, 2023

5.0

I love Creative Cloud. Because I have access to such strong tools and am only constrained by my own creativity and skill level in using them, Adobe always excites me.

Pros

I absolutely adore Creative Cloud. It offers a wide range of products to meet all of your media production needs, including video editing, marketing, promotional videos, and anything else you can imagine, as well as flyers, websites, commercial ads, and Facebook promotions. Photoshop is my favorite and is where I spend HOURS every other week! On Photoshop, however I can also use Lightroom if I need to brighten or darken a particular area of a picture. Like how you can alter a shirt's hue to fit a person's eye color. You can also work on a portion of a picture in one program, export it to another to finish the project, like I did when I started something in Photoshop and moved it to Ai. I educated myself using the vast collection of tutorials available on YouTube. The alternatives are only limited by your imagination after you get the hang of the tools and capabilities, which required years of experience and a lot of patience. The lasso tool is incredibly useful for picking out intricate shapes and pictures from a photo to place on a simple or unique background. If you're a professional designer, Photoshop is still the only truly outstanding alternative. It is the best available. When working with type, Illustrator excels, and I adore using the art boards to have a variety of designs at my disposal all at once.

Cons

In-Design is the only product in the creative cloud that I haven't really loved that much; I occasionally find it to be pretty challenging to utilize. But that's simply what I think. Really, there aren't too many aspects about Creative Cloud that I dislike. It essentially does everything. If you only intend to use a few apps, it is somewhat pricey. It takes some getting used to and is undoubtedly not one of the simpler apps to use. Photoshop editing can occasionally be challenging for new users. Since many of the functions are special and difficult to understand, watching tutorials will be quite helpful when starting started. The program uses a lot of RAM on my PC to run. My laptop had trouble with it, which was a little disappointing.

### "A must have software for any visual artist!"

May 14, 2022

5.0

The overall experience is great! I have been using Adobe Lightroom since version 2 and all other software, Photoshop, Audition, Premier, After Effects etc, for many years before. I've evolved as an artist and learned a lot because I've had this in my professional life, so I am grateful for its existence, especially because it's also currently helping me grow and manage my own business.

Pros

I love the ease of use, the interconnectedness between devices and the fact that there is literally an app for every single thing you need to do - photo, video, design, 3D, web design, music, you name it, it exists!

Cons

I have to admit, pricing could be a bit less. If you need more than just Lightroom and Photoshop, then you are forced to upgrade to the entire suite which is not inexpensive, on the contrary!

### "The best bundle of tools for creative professionals"

April 27, 2020

5.0

I have used Creative Cloud since it's original release and never regretted the decision. We mostly focus on their video, audio, and photo tools where I work. Tools such as Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Each tool is excellent at what it does and if not the leading tool in the industry, very close to it. Adobe releases at least 2 large new versions each year with many point releases in-between, further enhancing your investment. They are great at listening to and implementing customer feedback.

Pros

Creative Cloud makes it very easy to access, install, and manage Adobe's wide range of creative products. With more recent versions they've made it very simple to see what applications are installed, can be installed, and have upgrades available. Its also very easy to uninstall any application you are no longer using. Beta versions of the applications are also accessible and can be run in conjunction with release versions, which is a great way to preview what new features are coming up. Even better, outside of managing each application, Creative Cloud saves your application settings to the cloud. This includes everything from templates and fonts to custom window layouts and keyboard shortcuts. Should you you log into your account on a new computer, all of those preferences can by synced to it. This is a big time saver for anyone who regularly needs to switch computers, such as students working in different computer labs.

Cons

There are very few things I dislike about Creative Cloud. The biggest is probably the cost of entry. If you are a professional and making money on a regular basis with Adobe's software, then it's definitely worth the cost. If you are a hobbyist it's more difficult to justify spending $50 or more per month when competitive solutions can be purchased with one time fees for much less. As a result, while I would strongly recommend it to any of my professional friends, I would not do so for a neighbor or friend who is seeking to dabble in what these tools have to offer. It's too bad Adobe can't figure out a more cost effective way to let those hobbyists access the tools while maintaining their reasonable monthly subscription cost for professionals.

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud offers access to a full suite of useful applications. Others were just video editing, or just audio editing. Creative Cloud offers everything in a bundle with a single, simple, monthly price.

### "Creative Cloud Needs To Bring Their Subscription Price WAY DOWN"

September 3, 2022

4.0

Adobe Creative Cloud is okay. i really wish that they would offer the software program that would live on my computer without needing a subscription. Since i have used it practically every day of my life, i was so disappointed when they stopped selling upgrades and instead went to subscriptions. I am retired and on a limited income. It would be really nice if they offered a senior citizens discount for 62 and up. there is no reason that they need to be charging such a high subscription price every month, unless they are greedy. I don't use everything in the subscription, maybe they should offer different pricing for different sets of software at different prices? or only charge people for the programs that they actually use. i only regularly use 3 programs - photoshop, acrobat and indesign. and sometimes (rarely) illustrator (because that has a difficult learning curve.) Please have a heart Adobe, and lower your subscription prices!

Pros

i have been using it for decades (since Photoshop 2.0 when i bought my first computer).... so i am pretty used to working with it.

Cons

THE EXPENSIVE PRICE and the constant upgrades.

### "Everything you need to carry out exceptional creative work, Gate of creativity and professionalism"

January 16, 2023

5.0

In general, it is a distinctive, very reliable and fast program that improves and develops with the passage of time, in addition to that it saves a lot of time in terms of the availability of all Adobe programs on it without the need to search when one is needed.

Pros

For new users who started learning in the field of creating visual content and media, it is easy to use despite the presence of some hardship, but in the end it is easy to learn and provides a lot of features and tasks, in which I noticed that it is distinguished from the rest of the software specialized in this field, and it also saves them a lot of time compared to others. What I liked most is the availability of a good cloud storage space of up to 100 GB.It may also allow you to get acquainted and communicate with professionals and experts in the field of design, which gives you good experience and creative skills. For me, it is the best graphics program that I have ever used.

Cons

Despite the distinction of this software, the price and subscription cost is very high, especially for new users with a tight budget and those who aspire to be professional on this program and apply what they have learned theoretically in practice, which forces them to be unable to subscribe and pay the costs involved. It also needs to develop and improve the educational aspect to reduce the hardship and complexity for beginners and new users to become powerful users.Other than that, I do not find any criticism or what is wrong with it, and despite what I mentioned, it deserves praise for what it provides and offers of distinct tools and features.

### "Adobe Creative Cloud Provides Us the Support Possible to Be Increasingly Innovative "

April 7, 2020

5.0

Adobe Creative Cloud has paved the pathway for us to respond "yes" to the ideas generated by our full marketing team. If we are not sure of the answer, well, there is an app for us to learn and that will allow us to respond with excitement. It certainly provides the platform for us to use our maximum creativity. Each application is instrumental in every project and marketing material that we produce, from layouts for our print and digital catalogs to images for advertisement campaigns to new wireframes for landing web pages to animated social assets. To be honest, I'm not sure how we could function well as a design team without Adobe CC.

Pros

I manage our graphic design team, and the ease and speed at which we can update our applications now with Adobe CC has provided so many opportunities for us to produce the best work possible. The licenses are very easy to manage, and our users have access to so many useful applications. In fact, our designers have developed new skill sets as they download applications that they haven't used before, taught themselves how to use the application through Adobe tutorials or \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], and used the application to make deliverables for campaigns even stronger and to implement the ideas that they envision. The speed at which we can share these ideas back and forth together is impressive.

Cons

Anyone can download an application, like Photoshop, InDesign, or Dreamweaver, and start to use the application (we have the "All Apps" plan). However, it does take some time and additional resources to learn to utilize unfamiliar applications to their fullest potential. Our team uses a combination of the Adobe tutorials, college courses with the tuition graciously covered by our company, or \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to teach themselves or to learn how to use all the tools provided within an application. Adobe's tutorials are very clear and easy to follow. Some applications have a steeper learning curve than others, but each application is such a powerful tool to implement that the investment in training is really worthwhile. One piece in Adobe CC that we haven't used frequently is the ability to recruit creatives through Behance. It hasn't been an option that we have considered previously.

### "Lots of Great Functions"

December 27, 2020

5.0

It is very functional. Many apps to choose from. I realized that the apps are very specific, so if I'm working on a photo or design, I could choose between more than one app for the task. Deciding which app to choose was always dependent on the direction that I needed to go with my design. I was impressed with the quality of the software. Hardly had any glitches.

Pros

The software was very functional with over 20 different apps. This made tasks easier to complete through specific programs. I mostly used the Photoshop and Audition program. Photoshop has many great features for creating designs for my business. The quality was amazing and the more I used it, the smoother the process. It really sparked creativity with the features of lighting, colors, cropping the background from the image and adding your own, and was easy to use with green or white screen. They give a discount if you are a student to make it more affordable. For the vast variety of apps included, the price is worth it if you are in fact using them. My partner loved the In design app for making Ebooks. He found it very useful. The Audition program is very easy and exciting to use. You can record demos, songs, voice overs and much more. The sound quality (which is normally impacted by your input source as well) is very good. The mixing program that is built into the software does a great job with the auto mix features. It also has capabilities for getting rid of background noise which is a huge deal if your not recording in a professional studio. Easy to collaborate with others and lots of storage space for your work.

Cons

It's rather on the expensive side if you only plan on using a few apps. It is definitely not one of the easiest programs to use and does take some getting used to. Editing in Photoshop can sometimes be difficult for beginners. A lot of the features are unique and are not self-explanatory so watching tutorials will help out a lot with getting started. Takes a lot of RAM to run the program on my desktop. It did not work well on my laptop which was a bit disappointing.

### "Lost without it!"

August 22, 2019

5.0

We were struggling to find adequate software for designing, editing and publishing our media (Video, graphics and vector based!) and when I had suggested we move to adobe as oppose to the free alternatives, we found everything we need in one package. Training our team on the new products was ridiculously easy thanks to the thousands of tutorials and user guides available online - so a seamless switch over to far more powerful software was exactly what we were looking for!

Pros

We use Adobe Photoshop, Lighroom, Illustrator, After Effects and Bridge as part of our daily work - website graphics & icons, editing product images taken by our in house photographer and organising them all finally through bridge. Honestly, we couldn't go without it now. Everything is at the touch of our fingers and by using preset workspace layouts and editing features, it turned what was once a laborious time consuming exercise into a streamlined function. Everything from our icons and page layouts down to our social media images and short animations and videos are produced within the creative cloud suite. Simple pros! Ease of use Range of techniques available Variety of media Simple to organise and share between colleagues. Excellent compression tools for optimising for web

Cons

Honestly - the only con we have is that in a busy working environment, we sometimes require multiple users to access the same piece of software and only having limited licenses on our plan meant we have to upgrade but, that in itself is not actually a con - just a fact of life!

Reason for choosing Adobe Creative Cloud

The huge variety of media editing packages all rolled in to one service was greatly appealing - as well as the huge variety of training aids available for staff training!

### "Creatively Brillaint"

December 14, 2023

5.0

Overall, this software is excellent, and I can’t complain about its quality. It’s regularly updated and fantastic to use.

Pros

I like how creative cloud allows you to have a full suite of integrated applications for media creation and creative design. It is simply excellent at designing your own graphics, or editing, a movie or a video and even creating illustrative documents.

Cons

Creative cloud is very highly priced and has little movement in price, depending on how much you use it. If you use it 24 seven, you will likely pay the same as if you use it once a year.
