Pros: It is a easy software to use with very little training needed. It is pretty self explanatory.

Cons: There is nothing I have found to not like about this product.

Overall: We have a Dermatology business with multiple locations. Staff can quickly access their time from most any computer in our practice. It is easy for them to request time off as well as to track their hours. They can also add PTO and Vacations to the calender themselves.

As an employee, this is literally the worst.

Cons: Wastes employee time and employer money by simply not working.

Overall: Constantly getting error "server cannot be reached" and therefore am unable to clock in/out on time. Our time rounds up to the next 15 minutes after you've worked 7 minutes or more, and on more than one occasion, I have spent 7 minutes trying to clock out, meaning my recorded hours were incorrect. Super frustrating; seems like poor design and/or server management.
