It genuinely helped save and modernize our accounting system. Since switching from QuickBooks Desktop in January 2025, managing our books has become easier, faster, and much more transparent. The platform continues to introduce useful features, and the customer support has been excellent whenever we have needed guidance. The move to QBO was a night-and-day improvement for our organization. Pros QuickBooks Online transformed our accounting. We moved from QuickBooks Desktop in January 2025, and the difference was remarkable. QBO is innovative, intuitive, and easy to use, while still offering the depth we need. Having our records securely available online has made collaboration, reporting, transaction management, and day-to-day bookkeeping much more efficient. Customer support has also been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Cons Migrating years of information from QuickBooks Desktop required some careful reconciliation, and a few categories needed to be cleaned up afterward. However, the benefits of moving online have far outweighed the temporary challenges of the transition. È un software pesantissimo e super professionale, quindi perfetto per un'azienda molto strutturata. Mettete in conto, però, un bel po' di tempo per formare chi lo dovrà usare tutti i giorni. Pros L'ho usato dando una mano in ufficio con la contabilità e fa letteralmente di tutto. Gestisce fatture, magazzino e pagamenti in modo super preciso. La cosa migliore è che automatizza un sacco di calcoli noiosi e i report finali sono perfetti per avere la situazione chiara. Cons L'interfaccia sembra uscita dagli anni 2000 ed è tutt'altro che intuitiva per chi è abituato alle app moderne. All'inizio è un bel casino da imparare e ho dovuto guardarmi un po' di tutorial online per capirci qualcosa. Inoltre, il prezzo dell'abbonamento è davvero alto.
