Pros We started with it 9 years ago. It's easy to use on the daily/customer basis, but sometimes setting up the functions can be confusing and not so simple. Wish it could be more customizable to really be tailored to what my companies needs are. The email automation is a cool feature. Cons Wish it could be more customizable to really be tailored to what my companies needs are. Adding Ins companies could be more streamline. It has a lot of features that are not usable or were programmed for bigger companies and mean nothing to me. Had issues in the beginning, they forgot to schedule additional training on features. OFFICE MANAGER Insurance Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "THIS IS MY FIRST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" June 9, 2020 4.0 Overall I would recommend Agency Matrix although with the ITC take over our price went up $10 without any communication that it was going to happen. Pros I love all the information that is at my fingertips when a customer calls. Reports are good a little complicated but good Cons i have an error that pops up when I want to scan directly to a persons file. I have to ok it a couple of times before it will actually scan so it takes alot of unnecessary time and we are a very busy office. Currently looking for a new CRM just because the support level is zero. Pros I like the amount of features that can be utilized inside the software. I like that it’s pretty easy to navigate. Almost made a mistake buying a different product that was offering all but delivering nothing except an expensive 2-3 months. Luckily I was able to extract myself and get Agency Matrix. Pros Agency Matrix has been around for a few years. I had been very loyal to prior product but it became clear it was not keeping up with new technology. The new product, while a bit pricey, it is more technologically advanced and comes with training and training videos. Very intuitive. Cons Some imbedded products are best to use outside sources, like the texting and telephony option. Alternatives considered [AMP](https://www.capterra.com/p/140280/AMP/)[HawkSoft CMS](https://www.capterra.com/p/79412/HawkSoft-CMS/) Reason for choosing Agency Matrix Hawksoft too expensive by far. Love how easy it is to process most things and easy to teach my users. Love the reports and built in pivot. Cons Need to fix the task screen. The screen in the latest update is complicated. November 7, 2019 1.0 Pros Cheaper than competition, but you get what you pay for! Cons The system is not reliable and its down a few times a week. There is zero support when you point out bugs in this system and updates/patches are released on the fly during business hours without any sort of testing.
