I know it will save a significant amount of time and the ability to email reports directly is a great feature. Pros We use MYOB + BI4cloud to run multiple divisions, with monthly Job budgets. It was the solution for our needs and we have been happily using it for around 7 years now. When I saw that we had been converted to the new workbooks version i was a little worried my tried-and-true processes would impacted. I am so pleased to report the new Workbooks version eliminates the manual excel spreadsheets to create reports / dashboards. Cons The reports needed to be exported to excel each month and manipulated to fit our reporting structure/ style. However the standard or customised reports are not easily changed, without quite a process, and very technical to create yourself. Bi4 allows us to change the reports all the time or create new ones. We underwent the massive task of upgrading from MYOB AccountRight to Acumatica and we kept the Bi4 system. The support team are highly responsive and always forthcoming with solutions or work arounds to get what I am trying to achieve. Pros Amazing flexibility on reporting, and much easier customisation, which we can manage internally. Ease of Scheduling reports for Various people and groups. Cons No real challenges, learning the revised version to move on from the old version took a while but got there eventually. I’ve had a smooth experience and would highly recommend it. Pros What I love most is how easy it is to use, everything just feels intuitive. Being able to design and structure reports the way I need them is a huge plus, and scheduling reports to be sent automatically saves me so much time, allowing me to draw out insights quicker. The support team is also fantastic - super quick to respond and always really helpful. Support is great and gets back to you promptly. Pros You have the ability to slice and dice data into lots of different reporting formats. BI4cloud has become an essential part of our business. Back in 2021 when we started we had 1 License now we are running 5 Licenses and BI4Cloud everyday. Cons Can't really find any shortcomings in the system, it just works. I would highly recommend this cloud-based software. Pros We have been using BI4Cloud with MYOB for 4 months. We have a complex multi-location organisation and use Job Codes in MYOB for tracking. It was very easy to get started with a simple sync and many templates to choose from. The Support Team was excellent and very responsive, helping us to build reports to get the exact output we required. Cons Our budget hadn't been set up for automation, which initially made it difficult but BI4Cloud have a template that we will use in future. While there’s a bit of a learning curve, the functionality and support make it a valuable tool for data analysis and financial management. Pros What I liked most about BI4Cloud is its great reporting and filtering features, making it easy to analyze detailed data. The platform also offers budgeting by customer, product, and sales rep, providing precise financial control. I also appreciate being able to upload both forecasted and actual budgets for comparison. The support team is very responsive and helpful. Cons While the current templates are sufficient for most needs, having more options would be helpful. However, the support team is always available to assist, and they provide excellent service.
