Pros

I like that it is a simple to use program, that can generate reports, help with data collection, and simplify out inspection program for our company. It has saved us hours in reporting and a lot of money in paper. We can now input or inspections on site and it makes life a lot easier.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is the formatting of the program. Often the drop downs and size of program do not fit within the phone, computer or tablet. This makes the process of entering and using the software a little cumbersome for the users. A formatting change would mean a lot for our company.
