Dealer socket is a great tool for salesmen, finance managers, and internet managers. It allows you to keep in touch with customers and also acts as a manager itself to track when follow up is done.

It's a very complete system but very dificult to train staff that aren't to computer knowledgeable

It's a fast wat to process leads and has many templates to choose from

It's very complicated to train staff to use it

I have only been working within DealerSocket for a short time but it is clearly heads above what I have used in the past. The integration of past/current/future customer interactions gives me a realistic view of potential opportunities and pitfalls.

Pros

I love that DealerSocket combines so much functionality in one place. I can finally truly analyze customer interactions.

Cons

I have not yet found anything that I do not like about Dealersocket. I really appreciate the training videos.

Pros

What I liked most about using the Dealersocket software system was that it was fairly user friendly and a pretty simple system.

Cons

What I liked least about the Dealersocket software system was that the system was very limiting as far as not being totally encompassing for all of the daily tracking we like to do in the dealership.

I used this software before it was bought out by Dealer Socket, it continues to decline in customer support and informing the consumer of changes being made. I have not been able to receive emails from my customers for almost a month...the budget is definitely focused on Marketing!

Support is aweful the chat take forever for someone to respond , And calling is a nightmare , Fix it Please

Pros

Loved Dealer Socket Classic , Black Bird is a joke

Cons

All of it except the reorts that still are in classic , No refresh buttons on the top of every page. No back buttons. Its a lot of work and nobody has time for that .

Pros

good software but no training and support especially from the team which sets up the account it took them 6 months to sign up

Cons

worst customer service and do whatever to not sign the contract because they will hold you to it even if you are not satisfied
