Auch der anschließende Schulungsaufwand war minimal: Ein paar Live Sessions mit Beispielen aus dem Tagesgeschäft, dann waren wir startklar. Späteren Fragen, Fehler, Anpassungen, usw. wurden schnell und kompetent bearbeitet. Pros Ich nutze das Proalpha ERP zum Schreiben von Angeboten. Am besten gefällt mir die übersichtliche Kundenmaske sowie die Listen mit Ansprechpartnern. Auch die schnelle Artikelauswahl für Angebote, die Favoritenliste und die Möglichkeit, individuelle Masken zu speichern, sind für mich sehr hilfreich. Neue Kontakte lassen sich außerdem schnell anlegen. Insgesamt läuft das System schnell und flüssig. Cons Individuelle Anpassungen, zum Beispiel an Formularen, sind teilweise nur mit höherem Aufwand möglich. Ob die eingesetzte Technologie noch zukünftsfähig ist, wird sich zeigen. Was allerdings kritisch ist, dass neuere Betriebssystem nicht (sofort) unterstützt werden. Pros Über proALPHA decken wir einen großen Teil unserer Geschäftsprozesse ab. Das System läuft sehr stabil und ist relativ schnell wieder verfügbar bei Problemen mit der Infrastruktur (On-Premise).Die Oberfläche bietet Möglichkeiten für den Benutzer, Programme schnell zu finden und die Datenfenster effizient einzurichten. Cons Der Kundensupport wird gefühlt immer schlechter, weswegen wir den Support bei einem anderen Dienstleister platziert haben. Neue Module sollten vor dem Produktiv-Start gut getestet werden, da meistens Softwarefehler enthalten sind. Die Konnektivität zu anderen Systemen könnte deutlich besser sein. Unsere eingesetzte Version 6.2e ist unter Windows 11 nicht mehr lauffähig.
