Overall a good option, but lack of useful support makes price tag difficult to justify.

Pros

Hotschedules is a easily interface-able and customize-able program. It has many high level features and makes sense on the use.

Cons

On the down side when you encounter an issue with Hotschedules the overall support is less than helpful. Too many updates. High priced

Easy use for my employees. Great software to calculate hours for payroll.

Pros

Good basic scheduling system. Scheduling system is quick and easy for logging in and requests. great system.

Cons

The mobile app could have a few more features. The system is a bit more expensive. Notifications could be a bit easier to see and change.

I currently work for a resturants and hot schedules just simplifies all of the old hassles of paper scheduling and switching shifts. One has access to contact information of its employees, and informs you have anyone who is willing to make a swap of a shift. It simply eliminates the hassle of paper scheduling.

Pros

It is a one stop shop for all of our scheduling needs. It has been very easy to set up and get all of our employees using it.

Cons

Not a lot of complaints. It has been a seamless integration. Website design is a little outdated but not bad.

Pros

I liked that the features were self explanatory and that they were easy to use. There are also great reminders and therefore your schedules look great and are super useful.

Cons

There were a few lags in the system but nothing that stands out as a problem with a software.

Cons

Not what it was sold to be. Poor customer service. Poor product. Still waiting on refunds from Citi bank as hot schedules kept promising refund ' it never happened.
