Diese Software hat großes Potential, das anscheinend vom Hersteller gerade verspielt wird. Der Support ist unzureichend ausgestattet, Aranes hat die Grundeinstellung, dass sie alles richtig gemacht haben und die Kunden sich mit dem Ergebnis abfinden müssen. Die Programmierer bkommen kein lenkendes Projektmanagement. Bei der Gestaltung der Software wird der Anwender nicht berücksichtigt.

Pros

Die Verfügbarkeit der Daten an jedem Ort, die Implementierung auf dem Smartphone, mit der man fast sio gut arbeitet wie am Bildschirm. Die Erfassung der Stammdaten, sowohl Kunden als auch Kampagnen usw. Das finden einzelner Kunden mit Kontaktpersonen geht schnell.

Cons

Die aufwendig erfassten Daten stehen für sinnvolle Anwendungen kaum zur Verfügung. Die Filterung von Daten für Auswertungen ist teilweise kaotisch organisiert und undurchschaubar. Man hat immer den Verdacht, dass nicht alle relevanten Daten gefunden wurden. Man erwischt sich dabei, dass man immer wieder mit unzureichenden Ergebnissen selber in Excel weitermacht. Es gibt kein Handbuch, geschweige eine kontextsensitive Hilfefunktion, die für solch umfangreiche Software unabdingbar ist. Diese wird sowieso von den Programmierern gebraucht, damit sie selber wissen was sie getan haben.

Reasons for choosing AkquiseManager

Weil man beim Schnelltest sehr schwer zwischen den Produkten unterscheiden kann, weil es sehr aufwendig ist die ganze Funktionsvielfalt zu durchschauen. Daher war der erste Eindruck am besten, freundlicher Support und gute Funktionalität.
