TimeSuite has significantly reduced manual effort across accounting and job reporting. The percentage-of-completion calculations are accurate and automated, burdens allocate correctly, and reversing entries is simple. Our field team enters time directly by job and cost category, eliminating back-and-forth and saving hours every week. The visibility and efficiency gains alone made the switch worthwhile.

Pros

What I appreciate most about TimeSuite is how quickly I can get the information I need, no matter the transaction. With other systems, you must know exactly what to look for, run multiple reports, and manually transfer data just to piece together the full picture. In TimeSuite, everything is right there.

Cons

TimeSuite has saved me a tremendous amount of time. I can't really think of any cons vs. the benefits.

My overall experience with TimeSuite has been positive. It combines accounting and construction management into one platform for a small business like ours. It saves us time and reduces errors. The support team and training resources made the transition manageable.

Pros

The system offers value considering the wide range of features it covers. I think the investment makes it accessible for businesses of all sizes, especially those managing cash flow carefully. The wide range of features from accounting to project management provides excellent value compared to separate systems. Customer support is responsive and professional. The support team provides clear, practical guidance. The interface is user-friendly and daily tasks are easy to manage. While advanced reporting and project features many take some time to learn, it reduces duplicate work overall. We are very happy with the program.

Cons

Advanced features (like custom reporting or project forecasting) can take time and training to master. It may feel overwhelming at first.

Timesuite has helped us increase our efficiency, reduce administrative overhead, and make smarter financial decisions across projects. We highly recommend it to any construction firm looking for an all-in-one solution to manage accounting and project work flows.

Pros

Our team at RMS Utilities has been using TimeSuite for construction accounting and project management for almost 30 years. We can monitor project budgets and costs in real time. It gives our team full visibility into financials, helping us stay on track and avoid surprises. The platform is intuitive and well-organized, making it easy for both field and office teams to navigate without extensive training. TimeSuite streamlines project tracking with robust tools that support scheduling, documentation and reporting. This keeps our workflows organized and ensures key milestones are met. Unlike generic accounting software, TimeSuite is built for construction, which means it handles job costing, payroll, and billing exactly the way we need it. The TimeSuite team provides unique customer service every step of the way. They're highly responsive and have worked closely with us to tailor the platform to fit our company's needs.

Cons

None, TimeSuite has and continues to do exactly what we need as a company. We are excited to continue to grow our company with TimeSuite.

The software is very steamlined, and easy to use. I've used it with three different companies over the last 25 years. New employees pick it up quickly. It is so much easier than the other Construction software out there. The software is very dynamic. The turn on/turn off features are amazing. The software conforms to our needs, and the setup can be changed at any time. We are never stuck with set-up issues like I've seen with other construction software.

Pros

This software does everything we need. We use it for Accounting, Project Management, Contact Management (CRM), Estimating, On-screen take-off, field timecard keeping, task management, resource scheduling and project (CPM) scheduling. The software is very dynamic. We turn on the features we need, and turn on features the features we don't need. It is easy to keep the system specific to our needs. All the grids and transaction entry screens are customizable, and you can set up multiple views. The Customer support and service is exceptional. This software is produced by a CPA firm that specializes with Construction companies. The automated entries for accrued wages and over/under billings are amazing. We produce a full summary of contracts that always perfectly ties out with little effort. As a controller, I spend my time making sure my financials are well done rather than producing spreadsheets and fighting with the mechanics of presenting a full summary of contracts that tie into my income statement. The software is real time and our reporting is immediate. As soon an employee clocks out, the costs hit our job cost. Our employees love the mobile phone app. And, our project managers love the web app. The web based cost controls are exceptional. We use the web software for status projections, committed cost views, budget actual variance views and PO/AP/timecard approvals.

Cons

We love the software. I can't think of any cons.

Reasons for choosing TimeSuite

Efficiency, ease of use, comprehensiveness.
