Pros: Easy to utilize, great features, great customer service and team to work with you.

Overall: HR Marketer has been a successful partnership with HRO Today for the last 3 years. HR Marketer helps us to review and confirm what people in our industry are talking about and therefore, better schedule discussions, articles, content and plan events! In addition, we utilize their press release feature to share company news and information. It is so simple to utilize and we love the functionality.
The HR Marketer technology to track, understand and evaluate trends in the industry, identify key thought leaders and topics is very helpful to us in planning webinars and discussions for our customers and members. As well, the event tool, helps us to remain aware of when industry events are taking place and provides us with the key details we need to know about them. We are very happy to have HR Marketer as a partner!

Pros: Ease of use, scheduling platform, blog feeds, Being able to see what people are talking about, personalized customer service

Overall: I use HRMarketer almost on a daily basis to schedule social content. It is incredibly easy to use and with the new scheduling update, I save myself almost an hour scheduling content. I love that you can follow blog feeds and share directly from the feed rather than having to track down a URL from the blog itself. HRMarketer also provides a lot of insight into what is popular in the HR space at this time, which helps with scheduling relevant content. The analytics that are provided make my job easy too. I can see which post worked and which didn't quickly. The HRMarketer team is excellent when it comes to customer service. Any time I have a problem or question, they respond quickly and work to help find a solution. It's refreshing to work with a company that acts like a person and not a corporation.

Pros: Easy to use. Tons of functionality with some amazing automation features that aren't cheesy or that look disingenuous.

Cons: I still need to validate that the content I am sharing is newsworthy and that I properly attribute content, but not sure software could ever solve for this problem.

Overall: This software saves me an enormous amount of time every day. It has also helped me to elevate my professional brand in a way I could never have done on my own. Tripled my social media following with high-quality followers and allowed me to stay on top of what is relevant and trending in HR and HR Technology.

Recommendations to other buyers: Nothing else like it out there.

Pros: Easy setup - all we had to do was enter keywords we already had, and then HRmarketer was filled with the data - from influencers to content recommendations, trending hashtags, and everything else - related to HR Social business..

The content shared was excellent, got retweets and reshares, and most of all, established the brand and built trust. Excellence has a way of doing that. And it's just there waiting for you when you login. This accelerated the process tremendously.

Sharing schedules and sharing tools - they help us organize and improve results with built in intelligence, like knowing the hashtags we should share, and so much more.

Research - we found conferences, speaking opportunities, press contacts and methods to reach them the right way. The entire HR Social strategy was built from Research and Insight.

Premium Support - included with every membership. Personal, intelligent support by people who live, breathe, and eat HR Social daily. Rare to get that kind of smarts out of support.

Cons: Research and Insight have 2 separate logins - minor inconvenience.

Overall: Going into HR social with an early stage software company with limited budget and social media knowledge, using the usual sharing and analytics tools didn't make sense to solve the true problem - getting demos for the software from directors, managers, and C Level executives.

Teaching a team, and a salesperson who was intimidated by most Tech, to use social tools was one challenge.

Getting them to understand who to follow, what content to create for search and social, separating the influencers from the introducers, and being able to do this for 1 hour a day would have been impossible without HRmarketer.

Because when we login, everything about HR Social is there, all the info and data sorted not just by software, but by super smart people who know HR Social.

Instead of spending our time gathering social information and basically throwing spaghetti against the social wall, we learned quickly to focus on Twitter for HR Social, then LinkedIn, and lastly Facebook (which wasn't a good fit here). The content we created got noticed, shared, and generated search traffic within weeks, because we knew what to focus on.

Finally, and I think HRmarketer is the only company with software doing this - we had HRmarketer's Member Services to create a white paper at half the price quoted by competitors, but then they were just writing white papers.

What they offer is a complete system, and their information on HR Social - from data to what to do with it - is unmatched in the HR Social industry in my opinion.

HRmarketer made HR Social so easy for all skill levels, something I rarely see.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're approaching HR Social - whether to do business as a vendor as we did, or running HR for employer branding and brand development on social - this software for me is the only choice Without it. you'll spend so much time doing the work they've already done; instead you can concentrate on content, connecting, and the important parts of social.

Pros: Fully loaded with HR Social data in a niche HR market - compensation management - that is difficult to manage. We achieved 5X results over our nearest competitor spending only 2 hours a week.

Overall: Using HRmarketer Insight, not only have we been able to create a targeted following of HR professionals. The compACT newly launched web site gained top 10 SEO positioning much quicker than expected. And the social marketing we do using HRmarketer is a big reason why.

Recommendations to other buyers: As a Member, you also get deep discounts on HR Social services - we had a white paper developed that was outstanding, insightful, and helpful to our SEO and Social efforts (after all, Social proof drives SEO positioning as well).
