Value for Money

Pros: We used TicketForces on-line platform in the past and it was a decent system.

Cons: Customer support was terrible. Many times we had to call them because they wouldn't respond to emails

System did not do half the things that they said it would when they sold it to us.

They would not assign the resourses that was needed to get the system fixed when they realized there was problems.

My staff had to spend hundreds of hours managing ticket sales because the system was flawed and people could not buy on line.

We will never use Ticketforce again.

Took almost a month for them to reconcile the event and send me my money.

If any one has some questions they can contact me at Brighton Speedway and I can fill them in on the details and show them the hundreds of emails that were sent to try and organize this small event between February and June

Overall: There was no benefit, from the performance of this system we could of and should of just managed the tickets ourselves on a spread sheet.
