Pros

Product is very intuitive and easy to navigate in and around. Steps of moving around in the program are logical.

Cons

Rolled out beta for Quickbooks, but was never able to make work. When connected with support they said "stop using beta and don't worry". Now I see they have in the last few week rolled out the non-beta for Quickbooks, but I left after issues and errors about 2 months ago so haven't evaluated.
