Il team Hotelcube è la garanzia di base, nell'utilizzo del software, che penso si posizioni nel panorama dei PMS in una posizione predominante, sul mercato nazionale.

Pros

Software intuitivo e completo di ogni funzionalità necessaria. Abbastanza semplice nell'utilizzo, benché le funzioni da menu sono veramente tante e coprono ogni esigenza di un'azienda alberghiera, piccola o grande che sia.

Cons

In alcuni casi, avrei adottato una grafica leggermente diversa, ma questo è un discorso soggettivo. Comunque fruibile.

Siamo stati soddisfatti da subito del prodotto e con l'esperienza stiamo cercando di scoprire nuove funzioni che possano rendere il nostro lavoro più performante, così da poter migliorare il servizio al cliente.

Pros

Ad un prezzo congruo abbiamo potuto aver un PMS facile da usare, che aiuta alla vendita in quanto la disponibilità é collegata direttamente al Channel Manager e che, con il collegamento alle casse del ristorante, permette ai collaboratori di lavorare più agevolmente e ai clienti di ricevere un servizio migliore. Ottime anche le statistiche.

Cons

Alcune funzioni non sono utilizzabili da chi ha la versione cloud. Peccato!

I manager reports sono di rapida esecuzione ed esaustivi per le prime attività giornaliere. L’interfaccia con il channel mgr è ottima per l’accuratezza delle informazioni migrate e il web check-in si è rivelata un’utilissima risorsa.
