Pros This actually helps us so much by loading doctor information and profiles for patients right away, we have figured out ways to have the reports come out correctly and with all the information we need. as well as hiding information from staff that does not need to know. Cons customer service isn't the easiest to get a hold of. sometimes it's hard to express our medical concerns to the tech guys there.
