It looks pretty, but that's about it

Cons

It's put together sloppy. We're unable to manipulate reports. It does not work well with payment clearing houses. Statements are terrible, and we are unable to change them.

Pros

Despite my misgivings about transitioning to EMR, I found iMedicWare to be a very comfortable and easy solution. My staff found it quite simple to use, and I was so happy that it did not slow my work down, a fear that I had. I must say that in terms of cost and value, it could not be better.

Cons

I wish we could have implemented a bit quicker, although that is partly our fault in being indecisive.

Management Plus is very user friendly and easy to learn. Our practice has used the PM and EHR Customer Service is awesome and very reachable either by phone or email. They will also follow-up to make sure your questions have been answered.

The software is really easy to use. I love the custom reports! The EHR is great too. Most of my questions are answered always within 24 hours but usually much sooner. You can reach a real-live support person almost always on the phone!

With any EHR system there are glitches along the way. The responsive customer service by iOPW staff makes the process less frustrating. Even when something cannot be corrected immediately, you know why, what and when.

Pros

The software is optometry specific and is complete for office management, optical management, as well as takes care of everything on the doctor side. As long as you don't need help from MVE directly, you can get by.

Cons

The technical support is terrible. The cloud connectivity is very unstable even with the fastest internet service from Comcast or ATT.
