They claim they have been in business for years and that the software is "cutting edge" yet after I had been told things and PAID for the service I discovered a lot of things were simply not true. **Cons:** They claim they have been in business for years and that the software is "cutting edge" yet after I had been told things and PAID for the service I discovered a lot of things were simply not true. You want an email notification when someone uses a form? That requires a special ticket request. You want a drop down menu with multiple selections? NOPE, they do not and CAN NOT offer that, on their "cutting edge" software! The absolute WORST is they told me AFTER I PAID that people can not use the forms from their cell phones. Yes! In 2024 they have a product that is not compatible with cell phones!!!! I am in disbelief. Can they possibly be serious? Can any legitimate business really think they can operate like this? I tried several times to give them a chance. It helped us to automate and speed up processes. Individual bookings were processed clearly, the software was intuitive to use. Dash boards and bulletin boards were easy to understand and automated. Membership management was used for administration, filled with functionalities. Integration was hassle-free. The application looks very nice and is easy to work with. **Cons:** We occasionally encountered an error message if we wanted to edit groups. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about, we liked the software.
