### "Dated and clunky but versatile"

Painfully mediocre. The barrier for switching to a different system is high for us since we don't have dedicated admin staff so we've stuck around for too long and paid too much.

Pros

EZFacility is expansive and very customizable. It would allow you to manage any type of sports or fitness facility. There are many options for setting up memberships, training, rentals, POS, etc. It's fairly easy to learn for all levels of staff. Customer support will eventually fix errors on their end and will work with you over the phone to straighten things out.

Cons

It is brutally slow and clunky. Communication with their server takes way too long. There is lag in every single step of everything you do. It can be maddening if you're trying to enter in a number of sales, or book multiple sessions, or pull up reports. There are also way too many service outages. Frequently, it just doesn't work. When you're trying to ring up or check in or schedule a customer and have to apologize for the software not working, it makes you look amateur. It's also very dated visually and operationally. We've had the software since 2013 and there has been zero change to the way it looks. It has slowed down if anything since then.It's expensive. This is partially my problem but we just don't use many parts of it. If there was a scaled down version, I would switch to that personally. We don't use the check in, time clock, POS, locker rental, equipment rental, or most of the reporting or marketing features. This is the nature of our business so it's less of a problem with EZFacility and more just a comment on why it's probably no longer the right choice of software for us.Overall, it feels bloated, slow, and frustrating. We are currently looking at other software options and plan on switching by the end of the year.

### "EZ Facility Is the Lifeline of our Facility - The Bradley Sports Center"

Our overall experience with EZ has been excellent. Attempting to switch to a new scheduling/bookkeeping software would be monumental and thankfully, EZ has given us no reason to even consider that possibility.

Pros

EZ's intuitive learning relationship with the user is fantastic. There are functions that become second nature and those that are not accessed as frequently are easily recalled with just a couple of clicks. The ability to bulk schedule hundreds of recurring lessons over the course of several months is priceless. And the ability to create a large booking for a team or someone at the counter is quick and 100% accurate allowing us to let the customer see their and confirm right on the spot. With the invoicing functions, billing is straight forward and detailed. A client can question any item on an invoice and with the history function, we are able to see who made the changes or original booking and solve any miscommunication issues within a few minutes or hours. The pay functions are fantastic and using the cc interface is 100% accurate. Database storage is awesome and allows for a complete email campaign to all of a select group contained within the entire database. Email campaigns are professional and effective. The data mined from any campaign related to how many were opened, clicks that follow are priceless. It lets us gauge the relevance of the email and the response we get. Finally, when support is needed, even if it is just to ask how to do something, a REAL PERSON answers! Not only do they answer but they solve problems, help with tasks or take the time to teach us how to do something we do not know how to do. There is no better customer support in any business

Cons

My only complaint with EZ is its inability to process invoices in a timely manner with hundreds of items contained within in a single invoice. We have clients who provide lessons over the course of a month and each individual lesson is a single item. When trying to modify an item or add an item to the invoice, this process can sometimes take minutes to do. If I am trying to modify many items, like apply discounts, this can take sometimes hours to accomplish. The upside of this is EZ has been very responsive to this unique issue engaging me all the way up to personal calls with support team software engineers to see the issues and then address them. I will say that while not perfect, there has been progress in reducing the time these tedious but frequently recurring tasks take.

### "The one and only software to use!"

The overall experience for us has been great.

Pros

This software is a game changer for Parks and Rec departments. It offers a wide variety of features from OLR, public and private rentals, sport league, practice, rental scheduling, online credit payment processing, membership packages, and now self service.

Cons

The only features that I would say could be redeveloped or enhanced with better features or could be more user friendly would be the following 1. OLR and Self Service. The OLR I mentioned could have more options for separate registrations. Also, when you pull a group that all registered online and lets say it is for 2022, when you export that group in the comments sections it shows comments from 2021,2020, 2019, and so forth for said client. When you pull a group for 2022, I only want to see comments from 2022 for that client. The other option would be the self service feature. It is not user friendly and can be confusing to start up. This options would be great for us, but the tutorial is not very informative.

Aggravating, depressing, waste of time, damage to business

Pros

I can NOT think of any! They claim they have been in business for years and that the software is "cutting edge" yet after I had been told things and PAID for the service I discovered a lot of things were simply not true.

They claim they have been in business for years and that the software is "cutting edge" yet after I had been told things and PAID for the service I discovered a lot of things were simply not true. You want an email notification when someone uses a form? That requires a special ticket request. You want a drop down menu with multiple selections? NOPE, they do not and CAN NOT offer that, on their "cutting edge" software! The absolute WORST is they told me AFTER I PAID that people can not use the forms from their cell phones. Yes! In 2024 they have a product that is not compatible with cell phones!!!! I am in disbelief. Can they possibly be serious? Can any legitimate business really think they can operate like this? I tried several times to give them a chance. At some point you have to cut your losses

EZFacility makes my day easy going and to all of my colleagues. Our business is always on busy mode and this system helps us to manage the customer in front of us without any long time of waiting which we love the most. Our customer enjoy the app as well for online booking which is our top 1 priority, the customers convenient.

Pros

Among all the systems I have used EZFacility makes me feel that life can be easy then why other system are difficult to user. The first time they introduce me EZFacility was like I have used it for few months already, very easy to use and the next day I manage alone. This system is highly recommended for start up and even long time running business as it's super convenient and user friendly. Our clients are happy with the same as well. We never hear any complaint or bad feedback about EZFacility. All in all this is 101% best system I have ever used.

Cons

Honestly speaking, seems all is good. In my own experience it's 101% thumbs up!

Great service, very friendly approach from all staff, a produce that will be used day-to-day and will make a massive difference to our work, a very clear training process focusing on this areas that are importance to your needs.

Pros

It works for small & medium charities, the training sessions are very well delivered by experienced staff, having the sessions recorded is very helpful to reflect back on, the cost of the product is very competitive, the software is flexible, the option for a branded app that links to the software to very good, the team from sales to training to support have been great.

Cons

We are new to EZFacility and haven't found anything that we don't like about the system. As we start using it more we may find that they are options that would be good that are not included, but at this stage we are very happy.

Reason for choosing EZFacility

It was more cost affected, it dose what we need it to do, when searching for it online we could see that other charities used it to.

### "Baseball Facility use"

This has been a great software for my facility. I am able to manage nearly every aspect of my facility through this software. Like everything else, it has a few things that could be improved, but the support team is always there to help and seems that they are always adding upgrades to fix the little things constantly. I am very happy with this software.

Pros

The ability to schedule and put the clients in a schedule is the feature I like the most. I also like the fact you can set up online purchasing for lessons, camps or any other things I hold in the facility. The ability to enroll into a group setting for camps/teams is also an excellent feature.

Cons

Sometimes this software runs slow or you have to log out and log back in quite often. No mobile app to operate from when out of office.

The support staff seemed to be quite a bit more invested in customer success.

We like it! and the cost is affordable which is a huge consideration for our organization where funds are ever diminishing

Pros

It is easy to use and the staff learns it quickly. The self-service portal was an outstanding solution during COVID operations and we have continued to use it for program registrations and to publish a general schedule

Cons

Would love to see a more robust registration process for group classes; if not possible, having clients be able to cancel registration processed with Groups would save us some precious workforce resources. Figure out a way to show registration in classes using Groups in "MY Schedule

### "Excellent facilities management software with top customer service"

EZFacility has helped our business massively and I would happily use it again in future businesses due to the quality of customer service and ease of use.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive, detailed booking platform. Use it to manage our 600+ members, administrate swimming lessons and group exercise classes, organise bookings, bill customers, track payments. Customer service is second to none.

Cons

Layout and interface are a bit dated and, therefore, not the easiest to use for a new user/client. Not a problem once the user is used to it. Can be convoluted and long-winded to set things up at times without much automation.

### "Extremely difficult to use and get help"

The people that work there are friendly, but I shouldn't have to contact them so much via phone and email. I wish we had purchased a software that was more user-friendly.

Pros

The staff are very friendly and when then actually are able to help me, they are patient and try to answer all of my questions. The list of capabilities of the software is long and wonderful.

Cons

This software is the most illogical, non user-friendly software I've used in a long time. When I get someone on the phone to help they make it seem easy, but once I'm left to work on my own I can't remember what to do. It's not intuitive and does not seem to have a logical organization. I know that it has many many capabilities, but trying to figure out how to use all of them would take WAY too long. I wanted software that would be easy to use, not one that would take 2 to 3 weeks of training to learn how to use. Every time we have a new employee they will also have to endure lengthy hours of trainings. It's not an ideal use of time. There are times I've called for help and the customer service person has said flat out, "I don't know." That doesn't help me as I'm trying to learn a new software system.

EZ Facility has been a great help. Fortunately our business was growing at the same rate as our understanding of the software. Technical Support can be hit or miss. Often it feels like support is learning along with you. However, it has been a while since I personally contacted them. Things may have improved.

Pros

EZ Facility is s great all in one tool to run a sports facility.

Cons

EZ Facility can be too complicated for new employees. It takes a lot of training. It is a great set of tools, but they can be a little clunky.

This software, EZ Facility is everything. At first, I was confused with the system when I started my job years ago but then, after how many months of using, it is very easy and all features are very helpful. It makes my tasks easier to do, easy for me to train my colleagues. I am so happy that the company I am working with is using this software.

Pros

One of the features I like most on this software is very easy easy to book classes and PT Sessions. Just few clicks and you will be able to book sessions for classes and 1:1 PT sessions or groups.

Cons

Nothing. I've been using this system for almost 7 years and I am so satisfied with the software.

This software has helped our small team to maximize our efficiency! The features of EzFacility help us to get our billing and scheduling done quickly and accurately, which maximizes the time we are able to spend in the gym with our clients!

Pros

The best feature about this software system is the packages feature! This screen makes it so easy to create and define the right packages for your team and clients. The defined reservation/package types make scheduling and billing simple! Take the few minutes to define your reservations and packages up front. It is an easy step and it will save you hours of time later!

Cons

There is a learning curve to using the system. It is user friendly, but not simple. You may need to search for a report or feature that you need, but most likely, if you have thought to do it, the feature is there! The client education is excellent and the tech support group is great! They are very responsive and there to help you until you feel completely comfortable with all of the features you use!

### "Great for a gym business"

I think this best solved the need to check in members and guests easily, and orderly.

Pros

I liked how easy this software helps in registering new members. It was easy to designate between members and just day visitors, as well as tracking needed documents in order to participate. The facility I used it in hired a number of high school students to maneg the front desk, and there was never a problem mentoring others on it.

Cons

I didn't have too many problems in working with EZ Facility. My role within the business I used it in was limited to custoimer interface, and for that I rarely had difficulties using it.

### "Life Changing Software"

Our municipality controls 8 fields in our city stadium hosting little league baseball, travel baseball, senior baseball, little league softball, men's softball, women's softball, tee ball, junior soccer, travel soccer, adult coed soccer, adult coed kickball, football - and all manner of tournaments, as well as renting out our fields to neighboring towns whose facilities are not adequate to their needs. We also manage a separate soccer field in use for practice and league play. Before we had EZFacility, an enormous amount of time, effort and energy was expended in scheduling and not always with success. Every change in date or time, every rainout became a major headache, not to mention the confusion that erupted when four teams showed up to use the same field or when bases were incorrect. Imagine a huge game of Telephone with conflicting information between coaches and field crews! It could truly become a madhouse in Parks and Recreation. When we finally began to use EZFacility, life changed. The training was excellent and using the system is a breeze! Scheduling an entire league is quickly done and it is not possible to double book any field. Our field crew knows at a glance which fields to ready for which sport and there is never a problem looking weeks ahead or back . The rare times when a problem arises, the help desk is available and the problem quickly solved. This has saved time and eliminated the frustration that too often accompanied this task previously.
