"FP FAMCare"

**Overall:** The training was wonderful and was very easy to follow along. I think more of the front-end building of the program should be done by FAMCare considering the money we pay for the program, however I like that we learned how to do some formatting on our own. This would not have been a problem if we had more time and man-power to do so. Overall, we are able to house our data in an efficient way!

**Pros:** The personalization of FAMCare makes it easy to continue our workflow and be able to document all information needed on our clients.

**Cons:** The reports are difficult to use and do not provide us with all of the data needed for our National census. We've had to do some of our own reporting in Excel to get the information for year-end.
