The platform is easy to use and our users like it. E-learning is taking our programming to a new level and will help us better deliver high-quality virtual learning and redirect more money into direct service delivery. Pros The G-Cube platform is easy to use and administer. We have received many compliments from users globally. Language translation works seamlessly. Cons We created a handful of non-standard approval flows that can be tricky to troubleshoot if you have overlapping users between use cases/training areas. Functionality without reports (while developing any functionality, need to consider reports part, Which is missing) Pros Easy to use, Easy access to all the learning modules. Cons Features whichever is incorporated need to be with all reports support. With out reports feature won't be effective. Proactive need to cascade with all the new additional features. Time base reports are missing, Difficult to identify how much time is spent for learnings. Reason for choosing Tenneo G-Cube had the functionality and could match our requirements. Cons Some of the features are very complicated such as creating courses, assigning users etc. These could be simplified so that we do not need a dedicated System admin but anyone can administer the product.
