Response from Vendor September 5, 2024 We haven't had a phone number on our website for years. If it is still on our website could you give us the URL. It looks as though you have a very old version of the software. You may want to upgrade your software to the latest version so that the Support screen has the most up to date information for support. All upgrades are free on our website. We have replied to your emails six times last year (2023), and four times this year (2024). It is a bit rich saying that we never reply when you have replied to our emails which have included our previous replies. We reply to all emails within one working day (or occasionally two at the most). We don't reply to emails on the weekend - sorry. We are one of the few software companies that provide free tech support to users - registered or not registered. When you do contact us for tech support please be specific with what the issue is. Pros So easy to use, and brilliant with the Invoicing part. Really keeps track of everything, especially when it comes to GST and Income Tax returns. Am now told my so called free trial is over and please pay! What a joke. I paid fairly for this software and now I am being locked out. DON'T BUY!
