It was good. Ive used a few systems. Would recommend. Used for a few years, but wasnt apart of set up. Not sure how smooth that was.

Pros

Was easy to submit claims, workers comp, and very easy to track data. Used for a few years would recommend.

Cons

Not the most user friendly, but training was available. Customer service was also great when needed.

Absolutely an amazing software. It was nice being able to run the software from my phone, tablet or laptop.

Pros

I never had any software issues with this program. It was simple to use and was excellent for in-depth medical reporting. It was also an excellent software to track reports/ trends. I loved being able to pull pie charts of injuries.

Cons

No complaints with this software. I would like to add the option to take out certain information if an incident had to be printed.

Pros

The software provided great insight into the statistics and patterns that usually surround incidents, it has made creating reports very easy. The software is user friendly and doesn't have many issues while in operation. Aided in revolutionizing our Saftey protocols and records by facilitating the safe keeping of all records in one place

Cons

No major issues have been experienced with the software so far.

Overall, I was really happy with the overall experience that I had while using Vector. My school system moved on fairly quickly but I wish we would move back to it.

Pros

The positive aspects of Vector (when used in a school atmosphere) is that it is very user-friendly and the data that Vector provides is quite in-depth. The data is easily manageable but still provides enough insight to be usable.

Cons

There aren't too many cons about using Vector as a managing service for schools (which, again, is how I used the program). The price was considerable but, at the end of the day, I do not know if you are going to be able to find a service that is cheaper that provides a solid user interface or one that collects the data is as an effective way.

Benefits: better understanding of trends and overall patterns in our recording of claims. Helps when asked to supply statistics and create reports for upper managemnt.

Pros

Having the management input the initial report and be able to attach back up is key. They don't have to print out a report, hand write it, scan and send it in any more. Once they have input the report, an alert is sent to the person handling the claims process as well as any other designated management personnel.

Cons

Some of the labeling is confusing - the flag that something is OSHA recordable should disappear if a claim has been denied or found not to be work related after all.

Reasons for choosing Vector EHS Management

For the money it gave us what we needed to track incidents and claims in a consistent fashion.

This product allows for seamless Incident Reporting with ease of use for my end users. I also like the way the software integrates our OSHA and DOT reporting to ensure we are asking the correct questions and documenting accordingy.

Pros

The features I like the most are the ability to customize almost all forms to suit our needs. Since our business is an amalgam of different business types, it is often difficult to find a product to suit our needs. This ability has made the software work for us, with minimum effort. I also like that the OSHA and DOT forms are auto generated. This makes reporting easy, and not tedious.

Cons

Reporting can be somewhat confusing to use. While I really like and appreciate that you can report on all fields, it would be helpful to have a few more "basic" built in reports. I would also like to see more tutorials written for utilizing the reporting section of this product. I would also like to see multi-select fields on a form for even more data. This would help collect all the applicable info needed.

So far a good software suite. We've been using it for over a year now and are still finding new ways to leverage the system to benefit our programs

Pros

Great software package containing the 'frequent flyers' of HSE Management. The Industrial Hygiene section is a great feature that is not commonly found in other solutions. Scheduling tasks and events helps keep the HSE team on track. Easy implementation

Cons

No visual representation of risk assessment process Metric dashboards are not easy to customize. Notifications could be cleaned up a bit. No SDS Management element

Using Industry Safe has created efficiencies that have allowed me to shift my focus a bit during the Pandemic. I would not have been able to manage it all with out it.

Pros

The program is very easy to use and is integral in creating our culture of Safety.

Cons

We do have to import our hours from our payroll system. I would like to see this feature be a bit more seamless.
