Overall, I like using the system. When we do have issues or questions, we can call or email for support. It is one of the easiest systems I have used in my career.

Pros

Service Geeni is very simple to use. The screens are easy to navigate. It works well for me in the job role that I am doing.

Cons

We experience quite a few bugs, lagging and glitching. This can be quite frustrating and slow us down.

My overall experience with Service Geeni has been a good one , nothing and no one is perfect but Service Geeni makes sure they go the extra mile for me when needed. Brilliant

Pros

What I like most about Service Geeni is not just the amazing product that they offer but the fact that there is always a helping hand just a phone call away to help troubleshoot any issues that you may encounter with very friendly knowledgeable and competent staff members on the phone, I never have to wait to long on the phone which is always appreciated. Its all about Service Geeni

Cons

I'm still struggling to find examples of what I don't like about Service Geeni to be honest.

Excellent. Really helpful people across all areas of the project, from Sales to Customer Support and Technical.

Pros

The team really got a feeling for what it was we needed from the system and this meant we were able to have the software tailored to our needs as far as possible. SG were also instrumental in the integration project which connected our existing ERP system to their platform.

Cons

Nothing I disliked. There were areas of the platform that I felt could be tweaked slightly specific to our needs but we have been able to propose changes via the support infrastructure for future development, so really can't complain!

The ability to schedule and track all of our equipment as well as our spare parts inventory helps keep our equipment running very efficiently. Service Geeni is invaluable in tracking all of this work!
