Used PortaOne from 2006 to 2018, and this product should be skipped.

Pros: Excellent programmers and support staff, if you know how to ask a question. Customer need to develop a know how in how to open a new support ticket or you will quickly be labeled an idiot.

Cons: Development management and corporate philosophy are the #1 reasons not to buy this product. --Their development cycles runs only on new customer that pay for new feature, and are willing to remove features other customers are using if a new paying customer is willing to pay for it.
I could say PortaOne has trademarked the corporate philosophy of never been wrong and never acknowledging a mistake. A bug in software is a feature, something that might be enhanced in future releases.

Be careful of the so called licenses of software as they tend to become irrelevant at time goes on. In our case we bought: Two(2) PortaSIP and One(1) PortaUM license. As new upgrades have come out PortaOne development has know made PortaSIP include all UM services. So Three(3) physical servers license know become two(2).

Feature available in one release might be gone in future releases and if you want them back you can pay to have it redeveloped. This is their business model.

They will tell you that they follow all RFS, what they do not tell you, is that they do not follow them within a reasonable timeframe.

In 2006 we where promising 5 reports will be added, one of these is Accounts Receivable. We are still waiting if the reports to give accurate information.
