amazing team. We just finished a upgrade and it all went well and smooth. Very big upgrade including infrasturcture.

very agaile. Works great with a lot of users.

Pros

Stability of the product, in 8+ years of usagewe had less then two cases system shut down due to software. All software have bugs, but this team is not letting your down with solution.

Cons

Management interface currently in transformation is not very optimized

We are using PortaSwitch more than 15 years, and during that time we have witnessed excellent support from PortaOne team. During our partnering with PortaOne we have enabled few dozens alternative telco operators to start with their business using PortaSwitch as main billing and switching platform

Pros

PortaSwitch comes with all necessary features without any licensing issues. All features are included in product

SIP trunking feature should be easier to configure

Having dual billing systems and voice switching environments we are able to consolidate in one system

Pros

Deploying the platfrom is really easy. 99% percent of our business needs are satisfied with this product. Integration is really easy as the API is really easy to use.

Cons

There may be some very specific business needs that is not fully supported out of the box. Like with any other platfrom there are opportunity to get thee features developed.

API will remain the way our Admin interface is working with the system so, any actions available via the interface will also be available via API, enabling our Customers to integrate their own interfaces and whatever they wish.
