### "The King of Construction Software"

April 1, 2026

5.0

10/10 the best construction management software on the market! I love procore and it is truly the best when it comes to whst it is designed for.

Pros

Precore provides everything a construction project could need to suceed! From estimation to project management. On the field work and financial surveillance this program does it all.

Cons

Could use some updates and improvements with AI integration but I know that will come soon! Also better integration with Spectrum would be a plus.

### "Versatile and customizable yet still easy to use"

January 9, 2025

5.0

We've had a very positive experience with Procore. The support can be reached almost immediately using the chat and they know their stuff. The training videos are comprehensive and set up our new employees for success when using Procore.

Pros

Everyone associated with our projects (owners, design team, subcontractors, and our team) has easily accessible access to the project information at any time from anywhere. The system is highly customizable while still being easy to use for the end users. The ability to apply granular permissions when we need someone to have a little more access than others is something I don't see often.

Cons

I've always wished we could create reports ourselves and they just debuted this feature. So, nothing that I can think of right now!

### "Procore is THE WORST!"

May 19, 2025

1.0

Terrible. Could not be any worse. I actively avoid using Procore and it's use on a project will keep me from quoting that project.

Pros

There is nothing I like about Procore. I would rather that contractors use ANY OTHER project management software. Why would anyone pay to use this awful wsite?

Cons

So many things wrong with Procore! It makes me change my password too often - every 3 months! Why? Is someone going to steal my password and log on to do my work for me? It's not a financial site and it does not need a new password! Also, when I do manage to log on (always a huge chore) the interface is completely non-intuitive. It's very difficult to find what I need. Why pull downs with topics that make no sense? Why is it so many steps to get to newly released drawings? I cannot figure out why so many people use this site for project management! It must be way cheaper than the competition. Companies that pay for Procore please take note - using Procore for your projects makes me less likely to quote those projects!

### "Incredible Package for GCs"

May 28, 2025

5.0

We still use ProCore for project management, but not for estimating. It's a great package overall, but the cost justification was just too great.

Pros

Procore is a very comprehensive construction management package. It has it all - project management, document management and a fantastic estimating toolbox.

Cons

The price - Procore is by far, the most expensive solution that we reviewed. While it more than ticked the tickboxes in terms of functionality, the value for money just wasn't there and ultimately, we went with another solution.

### "Procore for the superintendent"

October 15, 2025

It is nice that you can find everything you need for a specific project all in one app. The owner can also interface with you, which is great for change orders and or product selections.

Pros

I like how you can use the app on your phone when your out on a job site. You can even upload pictures.

Cons

It takes a lots of training to get use to it, espacially if you are using several differents modules.

### "Life changer for construction projects management"

December 2, 2024

5.0

We used Procore for several projects throughout its entire duration and it was a success. The entire team found it easy to use from the beginning and we managed to maintain the documentation in order, which helped the closeout process.

Pros

The feature that i like the most in Procore is how it beautifully integrates multiple file formats in a construction project. You can view MS Project or P6 schedules, open DWG drawings and specifications. Also the RFI and submittals management is excellent. I specially like the versatility on how can you use it, as you can use it in a mobile device and upload pictures, linking them to a specific task, RFI or punch list item.

Cons

Some users may need to customize the interface to their specific needs and workflows, and Procore is a little rigid when it comes to customization.

### "Best Option out there"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Pros

The back button is the best feature of all! Unlike other plan review software it is easy to navigate between pages and return to a page you just looked at.

Cons

What I like the least - the cost! It can get crazy expensive. There is nothing else that is a con. Just make it cheaper!

### "Procore My control tower on construction sites"

May 12, 2026

5.0

A drastic reduction in communication errors. I save a lot of time by avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth and I ensure that everyone is working on the same versions of the plans.

Pros

In the construction sector, this is a revolution for me. I can consult the latest plans directly on my tablet, annotate anomalies in real-time, and send them to subcontractors. Centralizing documents (RFIs, submittals) prevents expensive misunderstandings. It’s the tool that finally bridges the gap between the office and the field.

Cons

The price is very high, which makes it more suitable for large projects or big companies. I’ve also noticed that the mobile app consumes a lot of battery and data, which is sometimes problematic on isolated job sites.

### "Pro Core for subcontactors"

March 22, 2026

4.0

I do not subscribe to ProCore so I cannot speak on its value for money. We are a subcontractor that uses it on an invite basis from GCs. We use it for plan viewing, billing and submittals. It is easy see submittals and manage compliance tasks. I have not had much experience with customer support as any issue that I have had has just been a lack of knowledge on the platform rather than an actual issue.

Pros

I like that ProCore can be used by all GC companies and it is easy to navigate between GCs and projects.

Cons

The commitments/billing system is not very detailed. There is not really a good SOV option which makes team collaboration difficult because on person does not know what another person has billed for ect.

### "Comprehensive construction management tool - with a steep learning curve"

October 18, 2024

3.0

Overall, Procore has been an essential tool in managing construction projects (contracts, in my case) more efficiently. It consolidates all aspects of project management into one platform, which reduces miscommunication and keeps everyone on the same page. The robust features and mobile access are huge benefits, although it does take some time to learn all its functions.

Pros

Its comprehensive project management capabilities for construction. The platform centralizes communication, document management, and scheduling, making it easy to collaborate across teams. The mobile app is especially helpful for accessing real-time updates and tracking project progress on-site. Procore’s ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders in one place has improved our workflow efficiency.

Cons

What I like least is that it can be a bit overwhelming for new users. Some functions require multiple steps, and the system can feel slow at times. Additionally, the cost is higher compared to other tools, which may be a drawback for smaller projects.

Switched from

[monday.com AI Work Platform](https://www.capterra.com/p/147657/monday-com/)

Because Procore offers more specialized features for construction project management. While Monday.com was great for general task tracking, Procore’s tools for managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders are specifically designed to streamline construction workflows. Its mobile access and real-time updates are also critical for on-site work, which Monday.com didn't fully support.

I have worked with Procore now for 9 years as Senior PM and now as a Project Executive. It is an invaluable tool to run the complicated jobs that we build.

Pros

Documentation and plan management aspects are great. It allows the entire team to be on the same page and tracks/ manages all key documents.

Cons

Restricted format of reports. Would like them to be more friendly to share in presented form in an OAC meeting

### "Clarity in construction project timelines thanks to procore."

June 23, 2025

5.0

Procore took the hassle out of coordinating between our office, yard and site managers. It eliminated back-and-forth and made us proactive about delays important for equipment scheduling, and maximizing turnover of rental.

Pros

We use Procore to manage our rental equipment dispatches associated with larger construction projects. It provides a common interface where our team and our customers can monitor jobs, documents, and change orders, all updated in real time.

Cons

Training is required in order to get all parties in alignment and that can be challenging, especially for subcontractors new to digital tools. The cost is also a factor if you’ve only got a few modules in your application.

### "Procore brings accountability to all jobsites."

July 6, 2025

4.0

We’ve had better documentation with Procore that allowed us to resolve disagreement on scope and timing without the back-and-forth.

Pros

Procore is great for managing Subcontractors and tracking in real time with photo upload. Because the inspection checklists can help keep teams compliant with local building codes.

Cons

It’s a sledgehammer for smaller projects and is a pain to onboard new subcontractors to it without training.

### "Great Software for Construction Projects "

February 3, 2025

5.0

Overall, ProCore has helped me and my team significantly with documentation control, submittal reviews and approvals, and downloading and reviewing drawings and photos.

Pros

Simplified the construction documentation and approval process. It is a great software to use as a central repository for submittals, photos, etc. It makes it much easier to provide reviews, feedback and approve purchases, and well as to download drawings and other documents.

Cons

The construction projects that use ProCore don't put their project schedules in ProCore, leading me to believe that the functionality is not easy to use. I also find it difficult to switch between projects, as only the company name is the home screen versus include the project names.

Overall, my experience with Procore has been very positive. It provides a centralized platform for managing project documents, RFIs, submittals, and communication, which helps improve coordination and transparency across the project team.

Pros

Procore makes it easier to manage construction projects by keeping drawings, RFIs, submittals, and communication organized in one place, which improves coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.

### "Project Managers Dream Software"

February 1, 2017

5.0

If you are running any type of construction project, then this is a must-own resource. The product is so easy to use that I'm sure most 4th graders could teach anyone how to use. If you don't have a teacher then you can get Procore Certified through their do-as-you-please training videos that can be accessed within the product. You can access your project plans, to do lists, progress reports, anything project related from any computer/phone/tab. The guys on the job can never have an excuse for not having current plans because of it's all there at your fingertips.

Pros

There are so many positives for this software. It used to be tedious to search through CCD's and Addendums to try and find the most current print, but Procore does it for you. It knows which one is most current and makes it easily accessible. Change orders are simply. Unlimited cloud storage. Communication is so smooth and everyone gets notified. So many tools within Procore that just make managing your project easier.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that this product is not free. LOL. But then again, something this awesome should not be free.
