It really helps us to keep all of our construction documents in one, easy to access place. Pros I like the ability to easily access a multitude of documents from multiple departments very quickly and easily. keeps everything extremely organized for users to find. Cons I didn't like how difficult it was to get a new user set up on this software. It took a long time to get the correct parameters set up so that I could access everything I needed. July 13, 2018 5.0 I performed a full punch review of a department in a health clinic in under 2 hours by using this app. And the contractor had already punched so it was review and not creation. But what I did have to add was easy and quick. Pros The intuitive user interface on the mobile app made reviewing the space go smoothly. The app had plenty of options for pinning punch list items and made review each existing item and its attachments easy. Other programs have had lag time and extra buttons to push between every page. This app worked like other android apps, therefore it was easy. Cons The app crashed a couple of times, but I think it was my phone's fault. Sometimes the Pins were hard to touch on in the plan view. Pros This software is very detailed and has everything you need to run any construction project from start to finish. Cons It is difficult to get all the data input to start a project. Every new project has to be imputted individually and takes a little bit of time. After having used Procore extensively, it fills all of those needs and still doesn't stop there. The consistent improvements and provisions for our future needs (that in some cases we have not realized yet) is unbelievable. Just this week, we were looking for a way to quickly distribute electronic updated prints to the field. Procore just took steps to not only make that happen recently, but they also made it smooth and simple. Cons The scheduling interface needs attention. Typically, projects use a separate CPM software, but providing a concise schedule for our subcontractors is important. allows us to do that, but the tool needs more attention. As new users to Procore we were prepared to learn how to use the software through our own efforts, however I am pleased to say we did not have to. The hands on training program by their knowledgeable staff, the on site training videos and the on line chat features made the integration of the software into our tool box, a breeze. Likewise the support from the customer service team, was excellent. They treated our small company with the same respect and courtesy that they give to larger companies. Their customer support is fantastic and they are always updating the product to make it better. Cons There are bugs especially after major updates, but they are always quick to resolve them. Pros I have only used this software when invited from a general contractor for a project. This software definitely separates itself from others because it is not easy to navigate and work. Cons I am not a fan of this software. I'm not général contractors so I don't need all the features but for what I use it for it Need a lot of work.First I can't scale any distance, drawing Annotations on this is not good at all ex: I put an arrow and it is so low resolution. This is supposed to be a good app for iPad Pro right. but it not supports split screen. And drawing on it is not fluid with or without the Apple Pencil. I'm also using PlanGrid so it is very easy for me to compare the app. Pros Very nice interface easy to use good. I have the confidence that each individual is running their projects on the same format and style. Cons The lack of customization as a Subcontractor is very frustrating. As a Sub I cannot share information with a GC on the same project with both of our accounts. I have to double enter RFI's and responses on the GC's Company on Procore as well as my own.
