As a real management tool, I consider it invaluable for field access and centralizing everyone's efforts flow in and out of one source. The emails, RFI's, submittals, daily logs and commitment tabs are easy to use, intuitive to the need and update instantly. The scheduling section is very helpful in the sharing of info for our clients and vendors. Our team has adapted to using Procore easily and everyone can see the value of it's use. Cons I don't like how the directory is integrated into other features. If you create a PO and the company isn't in the directory, you must leave your webpage and go through a few levels to add someone to the current directory. The drawing tab isn't useful. It's extremely cumbersome to add page numbers to 60 pages. It's much easier to drop the plans within the documents and then link the folder when sending out bids. Review Source JS Joe S. Used the software for: ### "Robust Project Management Tool" April 17, 2017 4.0 is an excellent tool chest, filled with nearly everything needed to schedule, plan and execute a project. There are simply too many features to go into individual details, however the plan viewing and sharing database is probably the best value. The only con would be the price tag, which can be hefty, as it's based on a percentage of company revenue. Unfortunately smaller companies may find that there are too many features, while larger companies may decide that it's a large investment unless they are planning to use all of the features. Procore does a great job of listening to customer feedback and incorporating the wants and needs of each business to make the software more intuitive with enhanced features. Overall the product is great. One major area that is being addressed but can't come fast enough are the mobile app updates. There are quite a few that are not available on the mobile device which really limits the functionality in the field for our crews but we have been told they are working on it, which I'm sure they are. Cons We are rural located and therefore do not have optimal internet speeds as found in the cities, we find our will glitch and be slow to upload-because Procore is not a desktop based program this is the first time we've into an issue such as this. Adding people to the system is also a plus. The downside is that not everyone we invite to use the software for bidding or project purposes uses the software properly. There is a bit of a learning curve in that regard. Cons There's no financial integration to Quickbooks.
