### "Manage your project on your own"

March 13, 2023

4.0

To manage several projects at the same time and there is ease in communication and coordination with the team members specialized in managing these projects is a good and happy thing and makes it easier for you to make reports and daily review of the situation and take the necessary measures for the success of your projects

Pros

Enhance communication and coordination between the team's members in project management and support document management fully and make it easier for you to manage and schedule everything related to the project easily and in a short time

Cons

Learning on it requires a lot of time and is considered complicated for some and it is not easy to master working with it due to its many advantages, and its cost is high outside the small or medium cat budgets

### "Absolute worst in the industry"

November 19, 2020

1.0

Everyone I know who has used the Procore bidding tool thinks it is horrible. Subcontractors hate it and GC’s do, too. The interface is bad for GC’s, but horrendous for subcontractors. The database is difficult and extremely slow to manage, subcontractors have to download EVERY file or none at all, any change to the database sends the user back to the top of the list, subcontractors cannot be invited to bid on specific trades (it's all or nothing), and there are many more problems too numerous to mention here. It is a terrible, horrible piece of software. If you hate someone, force them to use this.

Pros

Not sure I can think of anything I like about it.

Cons

There are so many things I dislike, it’s hard to know where to start. The preconstruction bidding tool is horrible and the development team is more concerned with increasing their market share than fixing problems with the tool. Procore has made my job so much more difficult than it used to be. It is literally the WORST bidding software in the industry! Use ISQFT, Smartbidnet, Building Connected, or a Box folder and email before using this.

### "This CRM software is meeting the current standard but not exceeding it."

March 28, 2022

4.0

It gets the job done, but is not ground breaking. Added user interface and email improvements needed.

Pros

Mobility. I like that I can see drawings in the field and enter observations and inspections on the go.

Cons

The format that Procore sends emails in looks awful and most Subcontractors dismiss them. Added personalization needed.

### "More Robust Than Ever "

January 8, 2021

5.0

Overall I am thoroughly impressed by the changes I've seen Procore make over the past decade. Choosing the right project management software can often be challenging as not all programs are fully integrated. Procore has managed to fill that void and integrates well with most accounting systems.

Pros

The most impactful feature that the new and improved Procore has to offer, would be its robust library of technical and training information. The program has just about every capability one could need to effectively manage a project so the training materials go a long violenceway to help navigate potential issues.

Cons

There aren't many things I dislike about the program however, I will say that learning to navigate as a new user can be an overwhelming task. I would not suggest this program for the casual user as the learning curve may be a lot to take on.

### "Great Construction Management Software"

August 11, 2023

5.0

Pros

I can easily see all my general contractors and their bid requests in one platform. I can submit bids through it as well.

Cons

Sometimes it kicks me out and I have to reset my password. Sometimes I can't login to the company that invited me to bid on a job.

### "Procore: THE Management Tool To Use"

March 1, 2022

5.0

Pros

The most impactful feature of this software is the drawings and documents tools. The drawing are the closest thing to real time drawing with all the updates, where field and office can view them. ( If set up properly that is)

Cons

There are times where updates are rolled out and they're not fully done and they cause issues to the software. A feature I dislike is not being able to separate photos into sub albums, this would help us better organize all our photos.

### "Magic Project Management Tool"

May 5, 2020

5.0

Overall experience has been fantastic, whenever I need anything all I have to do is pick up the phone or send a quick email and they promptly respond.

Pros

I love the ease of use, simple design and ability to have everything in one location. No one comes close to the customer support they provide. We will never go back to any other PM software again.

Cons

The only con I see is Procore being more tailored for General Contractors, I would like them to offer more tools for sub-contractors as we are unable to ultilize most of the system.

### "Better Than Most"

April 2, 2024

5.0

Pros

Procore makes it very simple to track projects as the modules all 'talk' to each other. It is much more user-friendly than most I have used.

Cons

Not much, honestly. It is one of the best construction management programs I have used.

### "Procore for Mid-Size General Contractors"

February 6, 2019

3.0

The project management tools do allow for strong collaboration on issues and to have a lot of the pieces of a construction project in one place. Perhaps if Procore would have had a more flexible subscription option, and allow for use of the PM tools without paying for the tools we couldn't implement, we would have wanted to continue our subscription longer.

Pros

Strong Project Management capability including Contact Management per job, Submittal & RFIs workflows and approvals with ease of communication on mobile devises. Also, syncing with Microsoft Project schedules is a time-saver, and allows views for updated project schedules in calendars. On a customer support level, I did find the live chat very helpful as well as all the Procore tutorials on the various features. I also greatly valued how documents could be uploaded and the system would recognize the drawing page references and label accordingly when saving.

Cons

Insufficient as a sole source for accounting services, and does not support information transfers in/out of QuickBooks desktop versions (even with support of Procore connectors). Therefore, accounting team needs to duplicate efforts and manually update prime contracts. Additionally, the accounting module does not really communicate with the project management module so challenged to know as a team what stage project is in, and no easy way to get budget forecasts. Also, navigation around the program was not very logical and user-friendly for many staff members. Lastly, when we experienced a big hurdle with the accounting features, it took months to speak to a support representative who could talk through the issues. Perhaps if Procore would have had a more flexible subscription option, and allow for use of the PM tools without paying for the tools we couldn't implement, we would have wanted to continue our subscription longer.

### "Procore - A Project Management Tool You can Relay On."

August 19, 2023

5.0

We were using the tool for project management. It has been a reliable.

Pros

With the ease of use and deployment, the tool offers you a chance to view the project progress iin the background. You dont have to call the contractors on site to get progress as you can view it. It helps to cut the cost as well as give you real-time information.

Cons

Everything that is offered by the tool is awesome and reliable. There is no single feature that i will need to be added.

### "Procore with SAGE 300 ERP integration "

March 19, 2020

5.0

The cost has been high, but overall the product is serving us well and they continue to work to improve the software. They seem to care about what things need to be fixed to improve the software and will allow beta groups of exiting customers. We have had a positive experience.

Pros

Procore was able to integrate with our accounting software (SAGE 300) to help reduce duplicate entry. Procore has a very good user interface and has been adopted well including in the field. Procore continues to improve the software and integrations to increase the value and usability.

Cons

The cost is higher than we would like. Some of the tools are not fully connected to SAGE yet, so the features are not quite as useful. For example subcontractor invoicing is still being connected.

Reason for choosing Procore

Ease of integrations with existing software and Better user interface including mobile platform.

### "A great tool for the construction industry. "

November 2, 2023

4.0

Overall, Procore is a great tool for use during the contract administration. The punchlist tools are some of the best in the industry and they are continually pushing to make their services and overall tool better and better.

Pros

I like how clean and clear the information is presented visually on the screen. It works well on mobile devices. There seems to be excellent customer support helping the customers use it to the fullest of its abilities.

Cons

The inability for reviewers to save working files of shop drawings in a reviewer/user only location prior to submitting / uploading the official review/response. Also, I wish the reviewer could upload and utilize custom proprietary shop stamps so reviews can be done completely online.

### "Works Great "

February 1, 2019

5.0

I enjoy the program. I enjoy the classes they offer for ease of use and learning of the trade. The program is what we have all be waiting for in this industry. One program that has literally every aspect of the projects.

Pros

This is the best construction software I have seen. They offer the full range of management tools. Track the entire job. The field tools and access are hands down amazing. From daily reports to RFI's this software has it covered. With integral use of other programs as well.

Cons

You can work offline, but you are dependent on internet and this is no fault to the design. I do wonder as the company grows is there plan to expand the bandwidth of the server and what are there current capabilities in number of active users.

### "Very helpful in keeping real time data"

November 10, 2023

This is the first time we have used it. It works great on the management of the project. Just keep in mind once your onboarding period has passed you need to pay for any additional customer support from them.

Pros

One of the best features is the ability for your subcontractors to sign in and submit invoices, change orders, and correspond with you.

Cons

The quickbooks integration does not flow as smoothly as it should

### "Procore Review"

March 21, 2022

5.0

One big benefit we have from using Procore is having the entire project team with current up to date documents and drawings at all times.

Pros

Procore allows project teams to stay up to speed on all project documents and issues since everything can be done within the software and we are not limited on users.

Cons

Integration with our accounting software is limited in functionality, but Procore has added more features to the integration recently which is making it better.

Reason for choosing Procore

Procore offered a more complete package that allowed our team to work completely within the platform without having to pull some pieces of work outside to another product.

### "Best Construction Software on the market"

October 6, 2020

5.0

Procore is my favorite software to use in construction. It eliminates the need for many other systems that help organize and process submittals and RFI's. It is user friendly on for the GC, subcontractor, owner, architect and engineer.

Pros

Procore does it all! Submittals, RFI's, Schedules, Commitments, Change orders. I highly recommend all construction trades use this for ease on their projects. This software does the work of many softwares and eliminates the need for multiple emails.

Cons

They need to work on integrating existing accounting software's. Many contractors using this system are also using their own accounting system so it is dual entry.
