t is a highly robust platform that keeps complex earthwork and civil projects perfectly organized. While the initial setup takes time, it drastically improves our daily corporate workflows, making proposal management and field communication much more efficient and reliable.

Pros

t excels at centralizing organizational management for large commercial construction and heavy civil projects. The customizable templates and views streamline tracking RFIs, and it handles extensive document management effortlessly alongside markup tools like Bluebeam Revu.

Cons

The platform is quite expensive, which can impact its overall value for money. Additionally, configuring the initial contractor compliance tracking is somewhat clunky, and integrating it smoothly with custom database solutions like Quickbase requires extra technical effort.

Overall I am use Procore everyday I work. The drawings tool and ability to organize your RFIs and Submittals to share with Subcontractors is amazing. Depending on how much you want to use it in the field you can us it to collect contractor documents but that will have to be either through the daily log tool or the submittals to.

Pros

As a person who uses both her computer and I-pad everyday Procore is great to use as I can take photos in app on my I-pad in the field and then go to my desk and review those same photos for reports. Other pros for Procore is the ability to overlay drawings on the I-pad. It makes reviewing changes from each set easier. If you would like to generate templates for reports the report tool can give you some options.

Cons

The Procore cost management tool can be clunky when I was using. I know that Procore was working in it but the budget tool also falls under this area. The procurement tool is also not existent and its just a after thought in the submittals tool.

Procore makes coordination between the office and the field much easier. Teams can share documents, photos and updates in real time, The platform keeps adding useful tools for cost management and inspections.

Pros

The centralization of plans, site reports and communications allows the whole team to work with the same information. The mobile apps are very useful to update a project directly from the job site.

Cons

The richness of the features can make it a bit long to get started for new users. A short training period is often needed to fully use all the possibilities of the software.

Procore ensures compliance with counter construction timelines, a vital prerequisite for the commercial success of our international product rollouts.

Pros

Designing and installing our counters and flagship boutiques in department stores requires rigorous construction tracking. Procore centralizes all communications with architects, designers, and contractors.

Cons

Adapting the tool to our retail needs required a significant learning curve for marketing team members unfamiliar with construction terminology.

Overall, working with Procore has come in handy when managing a project's workflow. If i ever need to find a document associated with the project i can find it with ease.

Pros

When using Procore, I like that all our jobs are organized by contractor and by job name. I like that we can keep track of all our documents for projects in one space.

Cons

I don't like that I have to change my password every few months. It gets hard thinking of new passwords of the length necessary.

Pros

rocore is the Rolls-Royce of construction management. The field mobile app is a benchmark, allowing users to take a photo of an anomaly on a piping line, link it directly to the drawing, and instantly assign it to the relevant subcontractor. Budget tracking and change order management provide total transparency highly valued by leadership.

Cons

For small, routine maintenance projects, the heavy administrative processes imposed by the tool can sometimes slow down execution instead of accelerating it.

Pros

Our company tested Procore to coordinate the building of our summer festival stages and the acoustic outfitting of our new studio facilities. The software's strong point is undeniably its ultra-secure document management and Request for Information tracking.

Cons

he ergonomics are completely designed for heavy civil engineering and commercial construction, rendering the terminology incomprehensible for our specific needs. I spent endless hours in training sessions just to understand how to execute straightforward actions.

Pros

I am OBSESSED with using Procore. Our company has relied on this platform for many years now, and it's how we run all our projects. It's extremely easy to learn, and the UI is very simple. Customer support is always quick, kind, and helpful.

Cons

They're constantly improving their platform, which is great, but sometimes the new features can be buggy or, in full transparency, never really needed to be updated in the first place. An example is the photos tab - used to have pages, but now is just an endless scroll which makes it hard to find specific photos without having to scroll for hours.
