### "Great product makes for great projects "

February 27, 2026

5.0

It helps get a project done. It's as simple as that. If you put the info in the software, everyone has access to it. it eliminates back and forth emails and keeps documents relevant and at the top of the stack.

Pros

I've used this as a GC and as an owner, and it allows for seamless team collaboration for the entire project. It simplifies communication and makes it easy to find what you're looking for. I can see who has the ball in their court and know instantly where issues or potential issues may be hiding which eliminates issues with stubborn subcontractors and makes invoicing an accounts payable/receivable that much easier. There's nothing sitting in Beta mode, they work out issues seemingly before they become issues. Should you run into an issue, they are quick to help and often have a module to learn whatever it is you may be struggling with, making it easy for the young assistant superintendent or the seasoned senior superintendents learn the same systems with ease.

Cons

It's not the most cost effective choice, but it is the most effective choice. There is a cost to be efficient but your money is well spent here.

### "Scaling the Build: Weighing the Procore Experience"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, using Procore feels like finally getting a handle on the chaos of multi-site Organizational Management. Having a "single source of truth" for all our drawings, RFIs, and daily logs provides a level of clarity that’s hard to beat, especially when coordinating across different branches. While the Features are incredibly deep and provide great Contractor Compliance tracking, the platform can definitely feel "heavy." There’s a steep learning curve that impacts the initial Ease of Use, and you really need to be diligent about training to avoid team frustration. We do run into the occasional Bugs and Issues with mobile syncing or slow browser speeds, but the Customer Support is generally responsive enough to keep things moving. From a Value for Money standpoint, it’s a significant investment, but the unlimited user model makes sense for us as we scale—it’s essentially a high-powered engine that’s built for heavy lifting rather than quick, simple tasks.

Pros

Procore excels at Organizational Management by serving as a "single pane of glass" for all project data. Its robust Features include advanced document management with version control, real-time RFI tracking, and a "ball in court" system that ensures accountability across teams. The platform allows for the seamless management of multiple complex projects from a centralized dashboard, making it an essential tool for scaling operations. While the platform is deep, the Ease of Use is supported by a mobile-first design that allows field crews to upload photos and daily logs effortlessly. To mitigate the learning curve associated with such a powerful tool, Procore provides world-class Customer Support, including a vast knowledge base, Procore Certification courses, and responsive live assistance to help teams get up to speed quickly.

Cons

The most common criticism of Procore is its Value for Money. Because the software is priced based on a firm's total annual construction volume rather than per-user, the cost can be prohibitively high for smaller or mid-sized firms. For companies with lower margins or smaller project scales, the high annual premium may not justify the ROI compared to more affordable alternatives.

### "Procore Review"

March 28, 2026

5.0

Overall a great experience and would recommend Procore to my network. Just need to be aware of the costs.

Pros

The ability to collaborate with the team in real-time. There are constant updates, changes, progress, and tracking for ease of managing multiple projects at the same time.

Cons

As before, way too many unnecessary notifications or sometimes important ones get missed. But the biggest con would be cost to operate the software.

10/10 the best construction management software on the market! I love procore and it is truly the best when it comes to whst it is designed for.

Pros

Precore provides everything a construction project could need to suceed! From estimation to project management. On the field work and financial surveillance this program does it all.

Cons

Could use some updates and improvements with AI integration but I know that will come soon! Also better integration with Spectrum would be a plus.

Pros

The back button is the best feature of all! Unlike other plan review software it is easy to navigate between pages and return to a page you just looked at.

Cons

What I like the least - the cost! It can get crazy expensive. There is nothing else that is a con. Just make it cheaper!

### "Best Construction App Ever"

March 11, 2026

4.0

Overall, it is a great resource we use in our small painting business every day. If it were not for Procore we would still be doing a lot of things by paper and this app just makes everything run so smooth from the office to the job site.

Pros

The centralized project documentation and the cloud base. I like how easy it is to receive view and sign change orders for projects. The lay out of the app is also very super user friendly. It makes it very easy to communicate to and from the contractor.

Cons

On thing I do not like is the slow load time. The price is a little on the expensive side, but it does greatly help our business to its worth the price for us.

### "Procore is THE WORST!"

May 19, 2025

1.0

Terrible. Could not be any worse. I actively avoid using Procore and it's use on a project will keep me from quoting that project.

Pros

There is nothing I like about Procore. I would rather that contractors use ANY OTHER project management software. Why would anyone pay to use this awful wsite?

Cons

So many things wrong with Procore! It makes me change my password too often - every 3 months! Why? Is someone going to steal my password and log on to do my work for me? It's not a financial site and it does not need a new password! Also, when I do manage to log on (always a huge chore) the interface is completely non-intuitive. It's very difficult to find what I need. Why pull downs with topics that make no sense? Why is it so many steps to get to newly released drawings? I cannot figure out why so many people use this site for project management! It must be way cheaper than the competition. Companies that pay for Procore please take note - using Procore for your projects makes me less likely to quote those projects!

I did not - I am forced to use it by other companies.

### "Powering and automating project management with Procore is the secret to maximizing efficiency and profitability of construction projects"

March 11, 2025

5.0

Procore put an end to manual project data entry and synced with our tools and project workflow thus reducing time spent on repetitive task . Procore provide realtime updates and ensure that all the stakeholder are aligned to the latest project information and keeps our project lifecycle transparent. Improved communication and collaboration are our real hit because procore has enabled seamless interaction between office staff and the field through shares dashboards, instant messaging and RFI management . Additionally it is our central repository for all project documents and offers powerful search function that simplifies access of important files and even better cloud technology allow us to securely access project data from anywhere on any devices and the mobile app works offline and updates cloud once connected to internet.

Pros

Procore allow us to access an extensive construction database to select materials and then use its digital takeoff feature to efficiently estimate material and labour cost. In addition, it streamlines our bidding process by enabling us to effortlessly create bids using the estimates calculated. Procore provide us with visibility into project progress and enable us track daily project activities helping us to assign and manage tasks and effectively allocate equipments and resources . Also it has made it easy for our teams to manage and access project information, latest versions of construction drawings and project photos from one central location. It includes tools for tracking and managing projects costs by providing an end -to- end visibility of financial performance

Cons

I love every bit of procore because it has redefined how we plan, run and manage our complex construction projects and enable us to successfully jiggle and complete multiple projects without any hassles.

### "Pro Core for subcontactors"

March 22, 2026

4.0

I do not subscribe to ProCore so I cannot speak on its value for money. We are a subcontractor that uses it on an invite basis from GCs. We use it for plan viewing, billing and submittals. It is easy see submittals and manage compliance tasks. I have not had much experience with customer support as any issue that I have had has just been a lack of knowledge on the platform rather than an actual issue.

Pros

I like that ProCore can be used by all GC companies and it is easy to navigate between GCs and projects.

Cons

The commitments/billing system is not very detailed. There is not really a good SOV option which makes team collaboration difficult because on person does not know what another person has billed for ect.

I use Procore all day, every day and it is a wonderful construction software. We have been using this software for 8 years now.

Pros

Customer Support is top notch! You can Either go directly to a live chat with a reprehensive or reach out to the support center and they most always answer your question or show you how to accomplish your task.

Cons

That you are unable to "edit" an email. It is inconvenient to have to inactive a user just to change their email address.

### "Clarity in construction project timelines thanks to procore."

June 23, 2025

5.0

Procore took the hassle out of coordinating between our office, yard and site managers. It eliminated back-and-forth and made us proactive about delays important for equipment scheduling, and maximizing turnover of rental.

Pros

We use Procore to manage our rental equipment dispatches associated with larger construction projects. It provides a common interface where our team and our customers can monitor jobs, documents, and change orders, all updated in real time.

Cons

Training is required in order to get all parties in alignment and that can be challenging, especially for subcontractors new to digital tools. The cost is also a factor if you’ve only got a few modules in your application.

Any problems are easily handled by the support team.

Pros

All of the various tools are great and a dream to use. In the field the plans at your finger tips along with the knowledge that all of our subcontractors and suppliers are working off the most recent updates. The ability the mark RFIs, ASIs and changes right to the plan. Using the daily log with the various tools is a nice feature that is also a time saver, along with the calls logged feature. Emailing information and plan pages ect out directly is great. With the system being updated constantly and new features being added regularly, makes the system invaluable.

### "Procore brings accountability to all jobsites."

July 6, 2025

4.0

We’ve had better documentation with Procore that allowed us to resolve disagreement on scope and timing without the back-and-forth.

Pros

Procore is great for managing Subcontractors and tracking in real time with photo upload. Because the inspection checklists can help keep teams compliant with local building codes.

Cons

It’s a sledgehammer for smaller projects and is a pain to onboard new subcontractors to it without training.

### "Great Software for Construction Projects "

February 3, 2025

5.0

Overall, ProCore has helped me and my team significantly with documentation control, submittal reviews and approvals, and downloading and reviewing drawings and photos.

Pros

Simplified the construction documentation and approval process. It is a great software to use as a central repository for submittals, photos, etc. It makes it much easier to provide reviews, feedback and approve purchases, and well as to download drawings and other documents.

Cons

The construction projects that use ProCore don't put their project schedules in ProCore, leading me to believe that the functionality is not easy to use. I also find it difficult to switch between projects, as only the company name is the home screen versus include the project names.

### "We moved to Procore from an onpremise system and the support headaches went away and productivity up"

November 16, 2017

5.0

Very low overhead to support this software. Huge improvements in user productivity. We couldn't do what we do as efficiently or effectively without it. Major change to the business.

Pros

As the IT manager, I love the fact that it is cloud based and I don't ever have to worry about a Windows update to a server or a firewall bug creating a problem for 30 - 100 people shutting down all the projects. Even with a Terminal Server Farm, there are still single points of failure that are cost-prohibitive for a small GC to pay for.

Cons

I think the financial integration is the most troublesome feature. This has never been an issue that any software vendor has been able to fix though. Even the very high end systems require significant customizations in order to fit any organization.
