In our team, we used to send a lot of emails, ping on chats, and forget where stuff was saved. It’s simple, doesn’t try to do too much, and that’s actually what makes it good. Cons I dislike that sometimes it feels a bit too simple. If you need advanced tracking or custom views, you kind of hit a wall. You work with what it gives, not how you want. Pros Makes for easy collaboration with our team and our requestor/client. Established company, with tons of resources. Cons Management has kind of made it difficult for the users. Better than Google docs because it is not created within a dedicated account, so that when the person who created it leaves, access become problematic.
