They have a ton of free resources, with my favourite being the Shape Up book about how Basecamp runs research & discovery on the platform. Cons They've improved many of the things I didn't like, so I think the only remaining issue is that you can't set tasks to recur every 8+ days. It caps out at 7. It's a niche use case, but I needed it a few times already and had to work around this.
