Tracking work and deliverables is made incredibly simple and Basecamp is a valuable tool for any mid to large sized organization. Pros Basecamp makes team collaboration on work projects very simple and makes it easy to track progress on deliverables. With our team being hybrid and some employees working remotely Basecamp allows us all to work on projects while being in different geographic locations without any interruption. The ability to store larger media files is also a big plus as often in marketing work we have files that are too large to transmit through email or other services. Cons My criticism remains that the mobile app for Basecamp is still a little wonky at times and could use some user-experience and interface upgrades to make it a little easier to use when you're on the go and don't have access to a computer. The web version works perfectly fine, but I find the mobile version still has some faults.
