making sure all assignments are completed on time and correctly

Pros

It tracks LIVE location and punch in/punch out for merchandising in stores. Photos support assignments done and correct. Tracks mileage and time for payroll. Surveys can be customized.

Cons

APP logs out frequently is you are in area with weak broadband service. This can be a hassle when using the app or trying to complete end of assignment surveys,

Great tool for standard merchandising companies

Pros

The system has taking us light years into the future from our last system. The real time visibility is the biggest asset for us. It has made us more competitive in the merchandising industry. Customer support has increased with the addition of Brian Hinson. New releases have been broadcast very well.

Cons

Our business rules seem to differ from the "normal" merchandising companies that NI supports. This has caused us issues as we try to fit our business into the "prefab box" of NI. Change requests are slow to be acknolwedged if the need does not suit the needs of the NI client base.
