My support ticket was resolved very quickly, particularly important to me at the moment as I want to make the most of my 14 day trial period. I had a couple of questions regarding monthly billing, so I phoned. All of my concerns were answered very clearly by \[sensitive content hidden\]. When the time comes for the live survey I'm planning I will definitely use Smart Survey it beats Survey Monkey by miles. We started out with a basic account that did everything we needed at the time. It is so easy to use and adaptable that we've extended our usage and tools and now use SmartSurvey for all documents that we ask our clients to complete. We can analyse responses and create reports without effort. Pros We use SmartSurvey for a variety of functions (assessment tools, customer feedback, key documentation) and it's adaptable enough to work in all these situations. The support is exceptional. Whenever I've had an issue or needed support the team have gone well beyond expectations. Cons There is really nothing I would change. It even has a quick learning curve so even less obvious features are mastered first time.
