I like that it’s flexible for any kind of survey needs and the language translation helps include more people.

Cons

You’ve always got to check the previews though, ’cause sometimes the template might not match the one you edited or were aiming for.

The verification for logging in every time, the difficulty sending test emails and the time taken to get an automated support response are all very disappointing. Smart Survey use to be much better than this.

I find Smart Survey easy to create and modify surveys and create reports and I like that language translation tool.

Pros

The way in which you can use custom variables to identify individuals and language translation templates

Cons

It's really hard to think of what I like least about Smart Survey but perhaps exporting data could be improved

An enjoyable platform to use, that can quickly become addictive. Results are professional and impressive.

Pros

Easy to use. Intuitive functions and flexible features that allow really complicated questions to be broken down into sections which change based on the responses.

Cons

The design screen does not fully represent the eventual look and feel of the survey which causes the need for frequent preview and rework.

I have only recently found Smart Survey, and I have to say I'm very impressed. My support ticket was resolved very quickly, particularly important to me at the moment as I want to make the most of my 14 day trial period. I had a couple of questions regarding monthly billing, so I phoned. All of my concerns were answered very clearly by \[sensitive content hidden\]. When the time comes for the live survey I'm planning I will definitely use Smart Survey it beats Survey Monkey by miles. Thank you

Feature rich, reasonable costs, the ability to pay by month rather than having to take out a 12 month subscription

Cons

Found it difficult to navigate between some of the setup options, but I'm sure this will ease as I use it more

Easy to use, lots of customisation, strong reporting features and fab customer service. Really easy to use product and good value for money.

Cons

There is no real downfall to the software, we just need help with API's and plug ins from other departments, and it does not have a ' web page / engagement page' but we can embed these into existing websites.

I've been using the system for over four years. We started out with a basic account that did everything we needed at the time. It is so easy to use and adaptable that we've extended our usage and tools and now use SmartSurvey for all documents that we ask our clients to complete. We can analyse responses and create reports without effort.

Pros

We use SmartSurvey for a variety of functions (assessment tools, customer feedback, key documentation) and it's adaptable enough to work in all these situations. The support is exceptional. Whenever I've had an issue or needed support the team have gone well beyond expectations.

Cons

There is really nothing I would change. It even has a quick learning curve so even less obvious features are mastered first time.
