### "Straightforward, quick and easy - it works!"

Ability to quickly and effectively survey a range of contacts and stakeholders with a product they find easy to use.

Pros

creating surveys is very straightforward, with a good range of question types. My use so far has been fairly basic, but I wanted a solution that would offer flexibility as we increase our use in the future. SmartSurvey appears to offer this. Results are easy to access and view online and being able to download a range of options direct to xls and not just csv is a bonus.

Cons

not really found anything I don't like so far. I guess, if I was being fussy, it would be good to be able to format the page description text with basic elements like bold, italic, underline, paragraph break.

Pros

The user friendliness gives it a huge upper hand above any other software there is. There are varied options to gather feedback from the customers. I am highly recommending this to all. Go for it.

Cons

It requires an upgrade to gain accessibility to all the export all our data in a file is a bit of a stretch to say.

Some crosstabs didnt work but overall easy to use

Pros

the look and feel of the survey was very professional and I'm sure it will be attractive to those completing the survey

Cons

getting to grips with the jargon was difficult but the help team were excellent and no doubt v patient

Pros

SmartSurvey has been really easy to use and perfect for what we needed. As a small school wanting to engage both our parents/carers and children we needed a survey tool that was simple to use and easy to analyse results from and SmartSurvey delivered this. Using some of the survey templates we have created simple surveys, customising to our requirements and being able to brand the survey effectively.

Cons

I'd like to see a few more 'design' styles for the look and feel of the survey, and potentially some additional focused survey templates, for example pupil surveys for infant and junior

As a company we have only just started using SmartSurvey and so far it seems to be working well for us. The survey was easy to share with our clients and it's easy to analyse the data that comes back from the surveys.

Pros

The survey was easy to create and the results are instant!

Cons

It took me a bit of time to figure out the various different features but once I'd got my head around it, it was very straight forward to put together and send out.

Pros

Easy to use interface that created a relatively fulsome customer survey in minutes. Ability to expand, use different types of questions, review responses in graphical format or export for further manipulation in Excel.

Very easy to use. Easy to edit questionnaire at any stage. Logical to use. Various ways of interrogating results

Pros

It was easy to use and to make changes when necessary. Easy to export data when survey was completed.

Cons

Little bit expensive without the student discount. Free version needs to be slightly more appealing to encourage others to then pay to subscribe

Pros

Easy intuitive interface let me create professional looking surveys quickly even though I had never used survey software before, even in the free version. Nice graphical summary display of results.

Cons

Need to upgrade to a paid tier to get the full analysis and filtering tools, but that's fair enough really.

Pros

Despite never having used software like this before, we found it straightforward. We particularly liked the ability to use smiley faces as a feedback mechanism.

Cons

Just that to us 'oldies' using this for the first time, we had to think carefully. That said, it wasn't onerous by any means.
