Some Not So Good" **Overall:** It does some things well but costs way too much for the service and does not continue developing and fixing issues. **Pros:** One stop integration of my web, email, registration and payment needs. I like the ability to send emails to non registered members. **Cons:** The Cost and the fact that it keeps going up but not adding new features or fixing known issues. Several features or actions require intricate knowledge of how the site works and are buried under several clicks. The amounts deposited to my bank do not match what star chapter reports to me. The amounts often round up a penny in Star Chapter's favor and it makes me go back and edit the journal entries. This is STUPID!!!! I don't care about the penny .... I do care about your system making me do the extra work. Transaction reports do not give me all the info I need for journal entries. I can see buyer, amounts and what event they are for but can not see the details of what was purchased. For that I have to go to another page and view the order itself.
