Pros

This software is great for is great for my company which is a reception service company. The user interface is very easy to use.

Compare to a small company, this software is not very cheap, and I still hope it will have more functions

The software is good for basic use. There are a few flaws such as no commas for digits more than 100. Moving of rooms in reservations is like reallocating a room rather than drag and drop. Reports are OK, The collection report does not show all payment types. A manual was not provided along with explanation of the features. We purchased this a log time ago so maybe that's why. The Tech Support is excellent though; anytime there is an issue Tech Support will quickly respond and help.

Pros

Being a business owner for many years, I personally have been through many different software companies looking for the most simple and yet efficient software. I began using ASI Software in 2001 and have not yet switched to another software system for front desk services. ASI really knows what they are doing when it comes to getting the job done and are also very friendly with customer service. I've had questions about the software, and there was always someone to call for help. The easy-to-use support was available 24 hours a day and was always friendly enough to answer even the most basic questions. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone looking to switch to a new front desk software for new and upcoming businesses!

Cons

There is not much I can say about what I least liked about the software. They come out with new updated versions of the software every now and then and fix any small glitches they may have immediately, making it very easy to operate.

Pros

The software is easy to use and extremely capable for hotels from 10 rooms to 1000 or more. All the major features one would expect are implemented, including connectivity to all the major OTA booking engines and the GDS. However, what sets this software truly apart from any other is the willingness of the company and its development team to actually listen to suggestions from customers and to actually implement and incorporate them into the software! In addition, 24-hour technical support is only a phone call away.

Cons

Some features could be streamlined and better implemented. Too many clicks are required to accomplish some tasks, though this is nitpicking to be sure. The consistency of the interface from one report to another could be better, for example.

Pros

We've been using this software for 2+ years. We found that it is a very flexible system that covers all aspects of hospitality. I am a picky customer and have an extensive IT development background. The service is great. They are helping to correct all problems. Since we started to use this software, many improvements were made and they continue to make improvements on the regular basis.

Cons

I have nothing in particular. All problems and bugs getting resolved on a regular basis. Th reporting feature is a little cumbersome. It needs improvements on the standardization of all reports and printouts.

Pros

We have been using ASI FrontDesk for the last two years and are very pleased with the software. We have other franchise and independent hotels and find this system to be one of the better ones that we use in our company. The software is very user-friendly, tech support is always available and ready to help resolve any issue that we have, and there are reports available for everything that we need. We will definitely be using the software for our future projects!

Cons

There is nothing we do not like about the product or the vendor.

Pros

The software has a very good balance of ease of use and advanced functions such as forecasting, reports, and OTA synchronization. Also, the support from the staff is great; they always respond in a timely manner and also work with me personally to implement new custom ideas. The software is constantly being updated. Also, the pricing is very fair.

Cons

There's nothing really wrong with it. Maybe it could use some more advanced revenue management technology interface, but I believe they are working on that as well.

Pros

We have a motel. Before, we were doing checkin slips manually on paper. ASI Front Desk makes it very easy to do all reservations and checkins.

Cons

It would be nice if the software had an affiliate program for hotel promoters. It would also be nice if you can sync more than one rate type from the PMS.

User friendly. Reliable. All the external interfaces and website integration is good

Cons

Too much complications. ID scanner never worked i have to always keep playing with cable. They promise me that they will ship the cable but never got it. I had to buy my own cable from Amazon to make it work.

Pros

It's very user-friendly. I was able to run a majority of the software in a few short moments.

Cons

There is not a lot of negative with the software. To fully use all of the product takes some time. But every time I figure our something new, it makes the program that much more valuable!

The software is very user-friendly. My staff loves the check-in scanner. The process of checking guests in and out is very easy. The ability to email guests when they make a reservation is awesome.
