Has App feature which everyone loved" April 30, 2018 5.0 Pros Real time feature, easy import of time cards in payroll system, App feature is the biggest hit. Our employees love the flexibility of reporting time sheet and requesting time off through App. The management loves that they could easily approve their teams time sheet and time off in a single click using App. Cons None as such. Replicon was by far the simpler to use and manage, plus the mobile app made it convenient if I'd forgotten to track time onsite. Pros Super easy to use. Clean, clear interface. Whenever I've had an issue, I've always been able to chat with someone and have it resolved almost immediately. Cons The learning curve is fairly steep. Many of my colleagues ask me questions about it on a regular basis, and it makes it more difficult to bill clients. Given that, I think it's a good system in terms of flexibility. Cons There is a steep learning curve. It's difficult to learn, but it is powerful. When doing the end of month stuff it sometimes stops working. I do not like that we are in the cloud. Pros We needed a timekeeping software that was easy to train and use. This works well in both of those areas. We also needed to be able to run reports that would show us which of our projects were most profitable and we get that as well. Cons GPS location is not always as accurate as it could be. Phone APP will freeze up randomly at times. Reason for choosing Replicon Time Tracking The ability to capture employee expenses won us over. T-Sheets did not come close.
