It's generally easy to set up, there are lots of reports, and it's very flexible. I can disable projects and users as needed, and it's easy to set up for projects and users. There are various benefits other than the ones you've explained and I must tell we're superhappy with the efficiency at which the software processes information. Recently, they have introduced a new product called roster software ( http://goo.gl/dNSI7V ). It is useful for workforce and project scheduling. Pros Easy to use once you learn about the unique software program Your IT support is excellent. I called once and the person was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to . Cons There have been some hiccups noted: the sequence of days changed from Sunday to Saturday to another sequence for the week. That was confusing. Pros It's easy to use and set someone up as a new user. I also like the chat function for customer support shows up on every tab you have open of Replicon. The function allows projects to be entered with time tracked, monitored and reviewed over a given time frame. Cons Replcion is what you make it. On a day to day basis for logging time against projects it's simple to use. I have not made use of the mobile application due to technical difficulties in logging in. Expenses has been accurate, being consulting firm, we have been using it routinely. Cons Something automatically linked to show the expenses are paid in employees' account will be good instead of each person clicked on reimbursement processed or not. Everyone in the company hates it. The canned reports are useless and if trying to run reports by user the report itself is terrible, the information can not be properly sorted in Excel because of how the reports are generated. It added a punch mode with a safety mode. Cons It was easy for employees to lose their cards or have another person use it. There were many pranks being played. All in fun though. Flexible Rate schedule by person by project. Ability to sync with Quickbooks. Cons I liked everything about Replicon. If I have to name one, maybe the price.
