We now have a very good working relationship and a point of contact we can go to. The ease of success team really helps with speeding up queries. **Pros:** I find the system user friendly. The recruitment process is easy to follow and amend if required. There is a help functionality that gives you the option to follow guides or watch useful videos. EPLOY as an ATS function is great value for money. **Cons:** The initial set up can be confusing if you are not from an implementation background. We've worked with Eploy on a number of projects and they've always delivered what we've wanted to a great standard and on time **Cons:** The main negative for us was the lack of google integration.
