The team at Eploy were with me every step of the way of implementation and explaining how things can be built and what they've got coming up on their roadmap. The customer success team are brilliant and always able to help and provide advice in quick fashion.

Pros

Simple and intuitive candidate manage functionality. Easy to use job distribution. Configurable workflows and communication along with integrated e-sign and meeting scheduling.

Cons

Reporting outside of widgets and dashboards can be difficult to build/understand and doesn't always have the reportable data I've been looking for when it comes to time spent at workflow stages and throughput/conversion rates.

Has been a great experience both in relation to the actual tool and the support around it to make sure we get the best value

Pros

One of Eploy’s standout qualities is the speed of use. The interface is intuitive, and everyday tasks, posting jobs, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews. All can be completed quickly with minimal hassle. Once set up, the workflow feels smooth, and the system noticeably reduces manual admin. The interview process management within Eploy is also well-designed. It has been fantastic to get to know the whole team through our implementation journey, we have found them responsive and eager to help. Our implementation manager took the time to understand our individual needs and offer solutions to ensure our ATS works for us and not just a one size fits all.

Pros

Implementing Eploy has enabled us to find efficiencies within our Recruitment process, the ability to automate and streamline communications has also ensured that all candidates are receiving the same experience regardless of role or department. The wider team outside of the implementation team were always eager to help and we have managed to work on several integrations on tight timeframes together.

Cons

We did have some restrictions in terms of capability around video interview, however, the team were able to find an alternative solution for us.

Customisation: Ability to have flexible workflows by role, team, or department. Branded careers site/custom career pages. Integrations Ensure it connects smoothly with: HRIS / payroll systems. Job boards (especially NHS Jobs). Assessment tools, background checks, and video interviewing platforms. Single Sign-On (SSO), calendars (Google, Outlook), and collaboration tools (Teams). Support: Great and fast support offered by the Success Team.

Cons

The reporting functionality, while expansive, can be difficult to get to grips with and can be quite time-consuming to build meaningful reports.

Excellent - I've used a variety of ATS and Eploy are head and shoulders above the rest. Their support is second to none, and I can safely say, we'll be using Eploy for a number of years to come.

Pros

The adaptability to make the system what you need it to be, alongside the support received. They get back in touch quickly with the answer you need to make your processes outstanding.

Cons

There are some barriers to set up reports, but with support these can be overcome. We find that applicants can move through the system from application to induction, so it gives you a strong snapshot of your current hiring progress. However it takes a bit of set up to understand how to get a larger overview of performance

Excellent! I have really enjoyed using Eploy and my experience has always been positive. There is still lots to learn but i have become incredibly proficient in using the system.

Eploy is a user-friendly system, easy to use and track candidate application progress. You can easily customise the system to your own preference and everything is editable.

Cons

Difficult workflow set ups, lots of clicks to remedy issues. Relying on Success Team too often when the Knowledge Hub doesn't have the answer you need.

An excellent experience, I would highly recommend Eploy which is also excellent value for money.

Pros

Eploy is very versatile and has the ability to work for various types of roles for example volunteering and employed roles. Implementing the system was a good experience and I would highly recommend the project management team, nothing was too much trouble and the overall build of the system met our requirements.

Cons

Integration with Experian was a little more complex and required more time than we had anticipated.

### "A small system that does more than the big ones"

Very happy overall with the product, but what makes Eploy special is the excellent customer support, it is more of a partnership than a customer-supplier relationship

Pros

The ability to integrate with bigger platforms via API, allowing for real automation of processes

Cons

Eploy does not have dynamic dropdown boxes, also, it does not have the ability for system admins to import data

Pros

\- Very customisable and many parts of the system can be changed/updated ourselves - Day to day use of the system is very easy - Very helpful and responsive team, offer a great level of service

Cons

\- Making changes to workflows or processes can be quite complex to navigate. However, the support team are always happy to help. -There are some limitations around high volumes of candidates, adding skills to candidates and blind screening

Great support from the implementation team, really clear milestones were set from the start of the project and it was clear where responsibilities for all actions were held. The success team and account management team are extremely helpful and responsive.

Pros

The applicant tracking and onboarding features are user friendly and intuitive and this is a key reason why we chose Eploy. Requesting references can be done at a click of a button which saves us a huge amount of time. Candidate onboarding documents are all located on one place and can be tracked by recruitment teams and hiring managers with ease. When we have asked about developments or any features that may be of use to us, the team respond quickly and are highly knowledgeable. Candidate search features are also rated highly.

We are fairly new customers and the experience so far has been really positive

Pros

The product is easy to use for both the TA team and for Hiring Managers It has automated so much of our process and freed up time to do more proactive work. The people were great and they genuinely wanted to understand our business and needs.

Overall our experience of Eploy has been fantastic, like any system you only get out what you put in, if you get the right information into the system the information you can pull out in the form of dashboard reports or general reports enables you to measure and manage your recruitment processes much more effectively.

Pros

The software has enabled a transformation in the way in which we recruit at Yeo Valley, largely because of the ability to collect lots of useful data and then report on it in a meaningful way. In addition, the systems automation has helped hugely with reducing the need to carry out heavily administrative tasks that are typically associated with running transactional recruitment activities.

Cons

Due to the current climate we are operating in, if the software were integrated with Microsoft Teams or a similar video enabled platform to support with remote/video interview bookings, it would help to improve efficiencies and provide a helpful level of join-up with other systems we are using to work in a more 'current' way in terms of how we recruit.

Reason for choosing Eploy

There are numerous reasons. The team at Eploy's approach to implementation was thorough and organised, this was apparent from the tender process all the way through to delivery of the system in the business. We felt confident that the system would be delivered well with the support provided during this phase of the project. The functionality and automation the system offered gave us the management information and efficiencies in our processes that we were looking for. We were also able to tailor the product to ensure it was 'on brand' and kept the candidate and our hiring manager populations front of mind in all transactions in the system.

Extremely satisfied. Implemented Eploy many years ago and our business has more than quadrupled in size and expanded into over 15 countries and the tool has allowed us to harmonise resourcing and onboarding process's in these countries.

Pros

Top 3 - Ease of use for recruiters is exceptional. - Reporting function/Dashboards for recruiters and execs are second to none. Great customisability which are now an integral part of our business. - Customisation from an admin perspective is what has really taken our recruitment and onboarding function to a new level. I'm able to roll out the system to new countries and markets in very short periods of time. Can create lots of different automated application/onboarding flows near enough instantly.

Cons

Bottom 3 - Could do with working on their CRM functionality to take them to being best in market. In respect to stuff like creating landing pages, quirky features like QR code applications etc. - Would like to see improvement on their document editor to enable us to have candidates complete more information directly onto forms, rather than asking online and merging info on. - Where we move into more niche markets such as LATAM and Asia, I'd like to see the system connect with more local job boards in those countries more easily and cheaply. It is worth noting that with my experience of Eploy, they are constantly upgrading their system and any time we've requested something new for the system it has been implemented. So these bottom 3 are just things for now and would probably be resolved soon.

Eploy completely revolutionised the day to day for our recruitment team, who previously had to manage the entire recruitment process manually.

Pros

Eploy allows us to manage the recruitment process from beginning to end for all of our vacancies, with the knowledge that our procedures and policies are being adhered to by the hiring managers. It also allows us to generate reports on practically any aspect of recruitment that we could possibly wish to in order to make better informed decisions about how we recruit going forward.

Cons

It would be beneficial to be able to copy in agencies on emails being sent out to candidates because agencies that don't regularly log into their portals tend to tell us they feel a little out of the loop.

Excellent, Eploy have understood or unique requirements and facilitated a journey of process improvement to support our operation.

Pros

Easy to use for all system users be it self service hiring managers or ,core system recruiter use.Flexibility - as a group of companies we have been able to develop unique processes across our business units. Onboarding offers exceptional candidate experience.

Cons

Reporting is rather confusing and requires significant set up - whilst all data is retrievable there are no standard dashboard of baseline metrics. Everything must be built.

### "Practically perfect in every way "

Outstanding, I love the service and people we work with at Eploy. There is always someone available quickly and nothing is too much trouble. We are invited to events, making us feel part of a wider group of valued clients, as well as opportunity to attend seminars, meet peers and network. Our website runs really well, candidates, vendors and hiring mangers are always pleased with the portals and really easy to use. Overall I think Eploy understand us as a business, and the challenges we face. I learn something new from every interaction, and always good to hear of the new features and improvements. Thank you to all at Eploy for taking such good care of us!

### "Great ATS that has rapidly improved our recruitment process!"

Great! If you have the time to invest at the start of the process to really build the ATS with Eploy to what you require, it will save time and money with the recruitment process once launched. I have found our candidate experience has rapidly improved and become more consistent and our internal process have also improved and become more streamlined. I would highly recommend Eploy to any organisation that is looking for a new ATS!

Pros

The customer service team have been fantastic, they respond within hours and are always so helpful and genuinely care everything is working how it should be for us. The system has been built to suit our processes and feels very bespoke. Eploy is making regular improvements to their software which is part of the package (so no extra costs) which is great and training for this is always provided. The system has saved me so much time in my day to day duties such as reviewing applications, setting up interviews, responding to candidates, building pipelines, communicating and getting feedback from hiring managers etc.

Cons

As the system is built to be bespoke to your organisation, it can be a little tricky to get your head around where to find certain things (hiring manager also do initially struggle to navigate the system but once training has been carried out this tends to not be an issue), however, as mentioned the Customer service team will always help so this hasn't been an issue for us.

Our overall experience has been excellent, the customer service is second to none and highly personalised. The ongoing innovations and upgrades ensure that we are always at the forefront of recruitment technology and our users find the system easy to navigate and efficient for their needs.

Pros

We are not a large team and our time is precious, Eploy allows us to configure our workflows that create time efficiencies whilst maintaining a great experience for both our hiring managers and our candidates. We are a changeable business and it is easy to flex the workflows to meet our changing needs with little input from the customer support team but when we d need to make changes that we cannot execute ourselves, these are done quickly with excellent customer service.

Cons

As a Bank we are very tight on records management and data retention so have to delete data more often than most other companies. the GDPR module is easy to manage but there are times when we want to delete certain parts of peoples profile (for example Bank Details) and retain their profile and this can be time consuming as it is a manual process.
