Overall, our experience with Eploy has been positive. Its a robust ATS that supports our recruitment needs and scales well as volume changes. With the right setup and engagement, it provides strong functionality and reporting.

Pros

Eploy has been a solid ATS for us and is flexible enough to support our fairly complex organisation and recruitment model due to having multiple sites and job families. The system is configurable which has allowed us to shape workflows rather than having to force our processes into a rigid system. I like the reporting and data side, once set up properly, it saves a lot of time giving better visibility on key metrics.

Cons

As with most configurable Ats systems there is a learning curve for new users and some areas of the interface could be more intuitive. However once set up and embedded, it works well and supports your requirements.

All can be completed quickly with minimal hassle. Once set up, the workflow feels smooth, and the system noticeably reduces manual admin. The interview process management within Eploy is also well-designed. It has been fantastic to get to know the whole team through our implementation journey, we have found them responsive and eager to help. Our implementation manager took the time to understand our individual needs and offer solutions to ensure our ATS works for us and not just a one size fits all.

Pros

Implementing Eploy has enabled us to find efficiencies within our Recruitment process, the ability to automate and streamline communications has also ensured that all candidates are receiving the same experience regardless of role or department. The wider team outside of the implementation team were always eager to help and we have managed to work on several integrations on tight timeframes together.

Cons

We did have some restrictions in terms of capability around video interview, however, the team were able to find an alternative solution for us.

Job boards (especially NHS Jobs). Assessment tools, background checks, and video interviewing platforms. Single Sign-On (SSO), calendars (Google, Outlook), and collaboration tools (Teams). Support: Great and fast support offered by the Success Team.

Cons

The reporting functionality, while expansive, can be difficult to get to grips with and can be quite time-consuming to build meaningful reports.

Excellent - I've used a variety of ATS and Eploy are head and shoulders above the rest. Their support is second to none, and I can safely say, we'll be using Eploy for a number of years to come.

Pros

The adaptability to make the system what you need it to be, alongside the support received. They get back in touch quickly with the answer you need to make your processes outstanding.

Cons

There are some barriers to set up reports, but with support these can be overcome. We find that applicants can move through the system from application to induction, so it gives you a strong snapshot of your current hiring progress. However it takes a bit of set up to understand how to get a larger overview of performance

Pros

I find the system user friendly. The recruitment process is easy to follow and amend if required. There is a help functionality that gives you the option to follow guides or watch useful videos. EPLOY as an ATS function is great value for money.

Excellent! I have really enjoyed using Eploy and my experience has always been positive. There is still lots to learn but i have become incredibly proficient in using the system.

Pros

Eploy is a user-friendly system, easy to use and track candidate application progress. You can easily customise the system to your own preference and everything is editable.

Cons

Difficult workflow set ups, lots of clicks to remedy issues. Relying on Success Team too often when the Knowledge Hub doesn't have the answer you need.

### "Eploy - A Real Gamechanger"

Our previous ATS system was causing significant delays in our recruitment process due to its outdated technology. It lacked flexibility, preventing us from amending references, emails, forms, and more. The absence of integrations and the all-or-nothing manager access further complicated our workflow. We struggled with no readily available access to metrics, poor accessibility and usability (including the need to post in HTML!), and a lack of an audit trail. Additionally, the system was trying to function as both a finance and HR & payroll system, which led to inefficiencies. There was no differentiation for internal staff and vendors, and we couldn't adapt workflows for different departments or companies. GDPR compliance was also a major concern. However, since switching to Eploy, these issues have been resolved. Eploy's modern, flexible system allows for easy amendments, seamless integrations, differentiated access levels, and readily available metrics. Its user-friendly interface and comprehensive audit trail have greatly improved our efficiency and compliance. Eploy has also provided adaptable workflows tailored to our specific needs and branches, ensuring GDPR compliance and streamlining our recruitment process.

Pros

The ability to customise almost everything. We can have multiple onboarding streams, offer letters and contracts. Multiple different approval route deepening on role and company. Also if you know what you are doing with data then it is a real game changer. Building live dashboards to help you be proactive. Additionally building tools such as engagement with talent pools and candidates midway in the application process.

Cons

There are very little cons, the main system and hiring manager portal are both great. However some functions in the main system would be good in the managers system. However it being a database system i get why this is not possible at this stage.

### "Game changer "

Since day one the experience with Eploy as a whole has been fantastic and game-changing for ZSL for the recruitment team, Hiring managers and candidates. It is easily the best system change we have done.

Pros

Eploy shows step by step where every job we have is at a glance. The candidate's experience is seamless and it gives control to our hiring managers letting them make informed and accurate decisions while self-serving. The experience with Eploy customer service and support is game-changing, with same-day replies and fixes often within only an hour or so.

Cons

Eploy can do so much and can automate so much; at times, this can feel overwhelming or not utilised due to the volume. The knowledge base and support is great though

Eploy offered the most features, the best careers site and was the best value.

Really good! I've now implemented Eploy twice in different businesses, and I'm sure if I ever moved to a new company and needed a new ATS I would choose Eploy again.

Pros

Excellent implementation and customer support throughout lifecycle. Great range of standard features and functionality. Highly customisable. Smart UI. Excellent reporting capability.

Cons

Due to the sheer number of features, the initial configuration (depending on the complexity of your internal processes) can be quite challenging and time consuming if you're not tech-savvy or experienced in managing an ATS.

### "Great system that's customisable"

The efficiencies it's brought to the candidate management process, the ease of posting jobs, the joy of building dashboards for our recruiters and hiring managers have all had really positive effects on the business.

Pros

We love the dashboard set ups for both managing candidates, but reviewing and tracking stats and KPIs. We also love how easy it is to move candidates in the "drag and drop" functionality on these dashboards - what a winning feature. The great thing with Eploy is also how customisable the system is: so no matter your business hierarchy or structure (and the quirks within it) Eploy can be built to fit round your business.

Cons

The widgets are easy to set up, but building and developing reporting suites is quite a complex process, probably because of the granularity it requires and the sheer extensiveness of the data that's captured in the system. The customer team have been amazing in supporting us do this, but it would be helpful to have some standardised, templated reporting suites.

The customer service is second to none. The team are so responsive and I've worked with so many providers where you raise tickets and wait days. The reporting is great and the user interface is great

Its lack any conversation AI language. There's so much that could be done in this space. They aren't integrated with some platforms, so work arounds have to be made

Pros

The system does everything we need it to do and more. It is straightforward to set up, can be tweaked and customised as business operations change and the full Eploy team is always on hand to support in a partnership-driven way.

Cons

Having been working with Eploy for over a decade and cannot fault the service we have received across multiple engagements and systems used as part of our business operations.

Reason for choosing Eploy

Various ATS systems were considered, but none had the overall functionality coupled with a partnership-led approach of Eploy. The user interface is easy to use, the functionality is strong and the team are highly skilled.

My overall experience with Eploy has been really positive - starting from the beginning of the competitive process, through the implementation, and to just over two years of using the system. Because so much is customised to your organisation, it's worth putting the time in at the beginning to really think about your process and how you need to set it up to get the best out of it (although that will be true for most systems).The team are really responsive, and listen to feedback - for example we'd asked for some things that they couldn't deliver on immediately (which weren't part of our original requirements) and then delivered them in a later version because we'd asked for it.

Pros

It has been fairly easy with Eploy to adapt and change elements of the system to suit our processes and changing organisation over the last couple of years - it's really flexible which suits us. I also like the reporting dashboards within the system which show what's happening in real time because they enable us to work effectively and monitor the recruitment process (we've set up different tiles to notify us when something's outstanding - i.e., a candidate needs to be invited to interview, a role's stuck with an approver, a contract needs to be issued). The reporting dashboards are also useful to provide Management Information to relevant stakeholders which you'd expect.

Cons

Fortunately any issues we have had with Eploy have been quickly resolved by their team, and I don't have any real cons. Occasionally the navigation can feel a bit awkward and click heavy - for example sometimes when you click on a link you can see only a limited (preview) view so you have to go back to find what you were after. This is only a minor issue though and is caused by user error!

Just incredible, implementing a system is a heavy side of desk job but Eploy provided so much support and were so understanding and flexible. From start to finish we've had an amazing experience and service from every colleague and highly recommend and shout about how fabulous Eploy is.

Pros

The system allows us to have a slick and streamlined process for candidates that is engaging and user friendly to create a great customer experience. The system is incredibly intuitive, users and hiring managers have adapted to the system with ease. The system is incredibly flexible, adaptable and configurable for our evolving candidate needs. The team and support from Eploy has been incredible, from the first discussions, through integration and even now post go live, the support from the Success team is fantastic!

Cons

Nothing major at all, anything we think about seems to be in the roadmap for further upgrades. The teams integration/diary updates won't work for us right now because of our interview processes but it sounds like that could be an option for us in the future!

Reason for choosing Eploy

The team members we spoke to at Eploy were very authentic and not pushy/salesy which we really liked, we had a very honest view of what the system could and couldn't do (and in the end it was more brilliant than we expected!)The service as well as the flexibility of the product was very attractive - we also loved the reporting and the dashboard driven feel to Eploy.The onboarding portal was very important to us too.

Really good ATS overall, not perfect but no ATS is! Very simple to use, and if we need anything changing Eploy are very adaptable and nothing is off limits. Very cost efficient compared to other ATS's I know of.

Pros

Overall one of the best ATS's I have come across. The ease of use is very good, and the support team are always on hand and very helpful / knowledgeable. The functionality of the system is very simple, and once you have got the hang of workflows, it is very easy to make changes across the whole of the recruitment and onboarding process. The onboarding process is the best I have come across, very adaptable, simple for the end user and can be made on brand (our onboarding process is up for national recruitment awards in 2021)

Cons

Other ATS's I have used have a careers site builder within the ATS which Eploy doesn't have.

Reason for choosing Eploy

The sales process and implementation plans were far above others which we were presented

The detail of reporting is great and it allows us to really analyse the data. We also have quite a complex structure within our business and Eploy caters for this.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard for hiring managers to navigate around the system.

Our experience with Eploy is overall very positive. They are always looking at new innovations for the system, bringing it up to speed with the latest technology and changes. They have a great support team, that are always on hand to assist with queries, implementation changes and issues you might have.

Pros

The self-service aspect of the system. Being able to create your own application/onboarding forms, recruitment flows as well as templates for emails and documents (and more).

Cons

A few small tweak or innovations aren't readily available but as a customer, you are able to suggest them for future releases/upgrades.

Excellent, Eploy have understood or unique requirements and facilitated a journey of process improvement to support our operation.

Pros

Easy to use for all system users be it self service hiring managers or ,core system recruiter use.Flexibility - as a group of companies we have been able to develop unique processes across our business units. Onboarding offers exceptional candidate experience.

Cons

Reporting is rather confusing and requires significant set up - whilst all data is retrievable there are no standard dashboard of baseline metrics. Everything must be built.
