### "Transforming our workflows."

We have been using the eploy system for around a year now in Live. It has completely transformed our workflows, allowing us to automate, track, report, and handle multiple locations, departments and roles easily and with high accuracy. The cost is very reasonable, and security is at the heart of the product.

Pros

Eploy are excellent. If you want a wholly customisable workflow, no matter how complex or simple, they will be able to help. From setup to go-live, the team worked hard, challenging our process, adapting to our workflow and collaborating to overcome issues. Their support team and account managers are second-to-none and the implementation team are very talented.

Cons

There is very little to complain about. The system is light and fast, and wholly customisable. I cannot think of a single issue we have had that hasn't been resolved by the team.

### "Streamlined Recruitment with Excellent Customer Service"

Our experience with Eploy has been extremely positive. The platform has consistently met our needs. The customer support and communication from the success team and our Account Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been fantastic – responsive, helpful, and they are genuinely invested in solving any issues.

Pros

Eploy is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. One of the things I appreciate most is how customisable it is, allowing me to tailor it to our specific needs. It has significantly reduced the time we spend scheduling interviews and onboarding candidates. Although there is an additional cost, the automated SMS feature is incredibly useful for quickly and efficiently reaching out to candidates. Eploy are always thinking ahead and approaching things with a forward-thinking mindset, they continuously offer valuable add-ons that help us get even more out of the platform.

Cons

The reporting functionality can be a bit complicated, users need to invest some time to get familiar with it - could benefit from a more user-friendly interface. The presence of duplicate candidate accounts, often caused by applicants using different email addresses to apply multiple times, can make candidate management a bit more time-consuming and less efficient

Fantastic, always so helpful and helps us to get done whatever we need. I would have no plan to ever work with another ATS.

Pros

The customer service and the ability to make changes needed ourselves with ease. It is very simple to use.

The need to pay for the multiposter on top of the fact that you have to pay for credits with job boards directly.

### "Great platform with a great team! "

Really great! The team are super friendly and quick to help out. It makes the recruitment process really and makes it really easy for hiring managers to shortlist and give feedback on candidates.

Pros

Functionality and the Support Team! Really powerful ATS and the support team are always happy to help.

Cons

The reporting function. This is probably down to user error but sometimes it can be hard to figure something out on my own.

We actually went with another company that had a better overall look and a few more easier work flows. We however went to Eploy because during the implementation phase that company was terrible. We soon after realised we should have went with Eploy from the start!

Extremely positive. One of the best systems i have ever worked on. It is so flexible and perfect for our business. Very prompt and we get lots of compliments about our system, its a great selling point.

Pros

Extremely quick and efficient system Everything can be reversed and we have personalised it to become exactly what we want as a business. Very user friendly!

Cons

I dont think the candidate portal version is the most user friendly. The offer is in a place which isnt easily accessible. it makes sense to be under "my offers" when its not.

Excellent, I feel I've built a great relationship with the team at Eploy. I know that if we ever have any issues, they are always there to support.

Pros

How customisable it is, we were able to be specific during the build process. The team worked closely with us to ensure we were able to deliver a product to the business.

Cons

Initially we had a slow start to the project and requested further support. Eploy listened and delivered and \[sensitive content hidden\] was great when he came onboard.

I like Eploy for its ease of use and simplicity, definitely the best ATS platform I have used throughout my career to date

Pros

Simple and easy to use, lots of automation features it is definitely a smarter way to recruit and follow fair selection processes.

Cons

There are no cons to using Eploy as it was all customisable during the build so nothing is too click heavy

Pros

The Eploy system is highly configurable with great customer support both for incidents and product enhancements. We've worked with Eploy on a number of projects and they've always delivered what we've wanted to a great standard and on time

Cons

The main negative for us was the lack of google integration. This created challenges when trying to embed processes like interview scheduling into the business

Really like saves considerable time can move a vacancy to live and advertised very quickly and the process through to offer and onboarding is very slick

Pros

Everything is actioned in one place quickly and efficiently, very user friendly and all our Hiring Managers like it

Cons

Have issues with the link to advertise vacancies from the system, certain dropdown tabs are frustrating

I really enjoy using the system and the ease of integration of the system across other job boards. The simplicity of a basic user, and the detailed analytics that can be gathered from a data and Super user level.

Pros

Reporting ability is amazing! The widgets allow you to be very granular which is really helpful and the activity log of being able to keep a track of actions. The success team are so helpful and providing screenshots of where things are and any system errors.

Cons

Not being able to view templates in the general search bar, and having to use the template search view.

The team at Eploy were with me every step of the way of implementation and explaining how things can be built and what they've got coming up on their roadmap. The customer success team are brilliant and always able to help and provide advice in quick fashion.

Pros

Simple and intuitive candidate manage functionality. Easy to use job distribution. Configurable workflows and communication along with integrated e-sign and meeting scheduling.

Cons

Reporting outside of widgets and dashboards can be difficult to build/understand and doesn't always have the reportable data I've been looking for when it comes to time spent at workflow stages and throughput/conversion rates.

My overall experience with Eploy has been very positive and I would recommend the system to any company wanting a user friendly recruitment process all in one place.

Pros

The dashboards are not only nice to look at but clearly show different parts of the recruitment process. Eploy is user friendly from both the recruitment team and hiring managers perspective.

Cons

Candidates tend to get confused when logging into their portal to accept their offer because they understandably click into the box which says offer but this does not take them to their offer and causes confusion.

### "Fantastic ATS system"

Pros

I worked on building our system when we began implenting , integration and the building stages and understanding what goes on behind the front surface of the system, is mind blowing and the team made it a lot easier. I loved all the analytics features, that you can basically create a widget for almost anything you want to report on, just to make your day to day job, easier! Generally easy to use. The customer support is fantastic, very quick time frame. General overall fantastic system and we use this daily, as I am the onboarding coordinator and work alongside the recruitment team.

Cons

That a full time time to hire from applciation to started in service, cannot be reported on via widget, the report function is a little confusing.

I've always had an excellent experience with Eploy. The team are all extremely competent, friendly, patient, and responsive. Everything you look for in an ATS partner.

Pros

The platform is highly customisable so it can be tailored to suit our recruitment needs. As far as ATS systems go, it's user-friendly too which helps us when working with new hiring managers. The team are also very supportive too, if we ever have any issues.

Cons

Generally, there isn't much I don't like! I think the CV view functionality could be improved. I find I need to download CVs to really view them properly.

Overall very positive, the Eploy team are great and make using the system so much easier as they're only ever an email away.

Pros

\- Very customisable and many parts of the system can be changed/updated ourselves - Day to day use of the system is very easy - Very helpful and responsive team, offer a great level of service

Cons

\- Making changes to workflows or processes can be quite complex to navigate. However, the support team are always happy to help. -There are some limitations around high volumes of candidates, adding skills to candidates and blind screening

My experience with Eploy has been fantastic and I can't rate the whole team highly enough. It is a fantastic system which has genuinely transformed the way we engage, attract, recruit and onboard talent.

Pros

The system is really intuitive and we can adapt this to meet our needs. There are constant developments to improve the system and the staff are incredibly helpful and work collaboratively with us. It also provides a great user experience as both candidates and hiring managers have their own portals and the reporting dashboards are amazing!

Cons

Only that we didn't implement it sooner!

Cons

We are having a few issues getting to grips with identifying duplicate candidates. I think that this aspect of the system could be a little more user-friendly.

I really enjoy using Eploy, and like the ability it gives our organisation to engage with applicants. I have also enjoyed working more closely with our Hiring Managers and support our schools throughout the process.

Pros

I have really enjoyed the flexibility Eploy allows to the recruitment process and the teams / people managing it. The ability to adapt process and forms to our specific needs has been a key area.

Cons

The initial role out whilst successful, presented challenges to Hiring Managers, which was to be expected, although this was not necessarily an Eploy issue.

Reason for choosing Eploy

We moved away from PSP (which is not listed) as this system was outdated and did not support our recruitment processes.

The team at Eploy are super friendly, super patient, and always willing to help. The system was easy to set up (despite doing it on my own, and doing the day job!). I would highly recommend them.

Pros

Ease of use for hiring managers, core system and candidates. Ease of ability to change our processes. The Eploy team.

Cons

Vendor portal needs some work - it can create some difficulty with drawing through specifics on vacancies and the contact out to vendors is a little clunky. This is a minor con though as the rest of the system is great!

Ever since I begain using them Eploy have been great to work with. Queries are answered in a timely manner, costs seem to be kept respectable and updates and cjhanges are communicated effecitvely and efficiently.

Pros

Customer support is excllent and the team are always available. Excellent value for money.

Cons

Some simple functions we would like to add can only be done at a significant cost. For example. We have employers employers that would like our advert to apply directly to their own website so we would like the Apply button on our vacancy page, in those intstances, to take them directly to the employers recruitment page and track how many users have done this.

Great support from the implementation team, really clear milestones were set from the start of the project and it was clear where responsibilities for all actions were held. The success team and account management team are extremely helpful and responsive.

Pros

The applicant tracking and onboarding features are user friendly and intuitive and this is a key reason why we chose Eploy. Requesting references can be done at a click of a button which saves us a huge amount of time. Candidate onboarding documents are all located on one place and can be tracked by recruitment teams and hiring managers with ease. When we have asked about developments or any features that may be of use to us, the team respond quickly and are highly knowledgeable. Candidate search features are also rated highly.

Cons

We are fairly new customers and the experience so far has been really positive
