They will do their best to work on a solution for you and the system itself is quite mouldable to how you need it from a core system perspective. Account Managers have also always been very communicative and all round supportive. Cons There could be some additional personalisation on the hiring manager portal and improvement in the assessment area/ability to interview on here. I haven't had much difficulty using it. Pros For me, the areas of Eploy that stand out to me are the efficiency, its quick and finding a candidate feels super easy. Its versatile, the software allows me to only process applications and candidates but track progress and be able to analyse statistics such as interviews conducted, candidates hired that week or being able to track reasons for applicant rejection. Cons I feel that sometimes there can be some glitches in the system, automated rejection for applications or when a mistake is made on the system it sometimes has to go through management to be undone. Pros The product itself is flexible to cater to most existing processes, which can look complex - in this instance, it is a good thing as there's not much that Eploy cannot handle. For me though, the support service that Eploy offer is second-to-none. We encountered some internal issues that, in fairness, Eploy could have backed-away from - but instead the support team took the issues, handled them in a professional manner, and ensured that the users were able to work regardless of the root cause.I can definitely recommend Eploy, both as a product and a business. Cons Some functionality is restricted, however eploy will generally help you with a work around. There is also an awareness of where functionality is restricted, and Eploy will add this feedback to their improvements roadmap. Our implementation manager was an absolute joy to work with and has helped us to create a system that has launched seamlessly across the business. The no-nonsense approach and practical advice made the project enjoyable and we have a system that is very easy to use as a candidate and a hiring manager - with contracts and offers made in less than 30 seconds and on-boarding fully automated Pros Using EPLOY has given BrewDog a grate candidate experience and has taken hours of manual processes away from our hiring managers through the automation that the system allows Cons At first the admin side of the system can be a little clunky to use, but as soon as you use it on a regular basis then it does become much easier to use. They are always on hand with any enquiry and try to support any way they can. I also like you can create different reports from the data. Cons When you are screening applications the dashboard doesn't update in real time you have to manually re-fresh for it to update. Also really like the transparency it gives our hiring managers to see where we are in our recruitment process. Cons i don't like that within the recruitment process there isn't a Talent Pool column that candidates can sit it making it easy for us to access them like our previous system has. Currently you'll have to make a note of 'Future Hires' on candidates profiles to be able to search them. Ideally their should be a box to tick to add them to Talent Pool where you can create different groups to put them in, making it easier to find. Compared to other recruitment software I've used in the past, Eploy is a dream to work with. Cons Previously before some updates, I found that you couldn't search for candidates using their candidate number, which was quite a challenge when Hiring Managers were discussing candidates. The dashboards are so powerful and have supported driving our short and long term approach. During a global pandemic this system has been critical in ensuring our business had controls in place whilst our candidates were kept up to date on applications and how to register for new roles. Cons Our business structure is complex so sometimes the hiring manager portal doesn't have all the functionality that our hiring managers need based on our structure.
