“Great Product, Great Support, Use in multiple locations and definitely adds value and security.”

OverallWe use this in 3 of our resorts currently with plans to roll out to the rest in the near future. From installation through continued use, the customer support is outstanding. The availability of 24/7/365 support to the guest takes a load off of IT's plate in having to support this as well at all hours of the day or night. Additionally, the ability to BYOD (bring your own device) is very nice, and allows us to purchase hardware competitively and keep in budget.
ProsPCI compliance, protection of guest information, availability of support to guest 24/7/365.

“Very Satisfied”

OverallOur business center has worked pretty seamlessly since the software was installed. Support has always been available and reps are easy to contact. Super responsive!

“Best Value”

OverallFor the price you can't beat it. The customer service was amazing. When calling for support, I spoke to the same person each time I called (doing several installs). I loved that!

“Easy use Business software too take the worry out of admin your own system”

OverallEasy to install. No hassles. Helps guest not have to worry about there info staying on computer and gets them where they need to go quick and fast.

“better than an empty desktop”

Overallwhile visiting San Francisco I happened upon your software and was duly impressed. I was instantly sold so we had to have it in our Wisconsin Dells location.
Prosthe ease of install and more importantly use. The features are thoughtful also
