We use this in 3 of our resorts currently with plans to roll out to the rest in the near future. From installation through continued use, the customer support is outstanding. The availability of 24/7/365 support to the guest takes a load off of IT's plate in having to support this as well at all hours of the day or night. Additionally, the ability to BYOD (bring your own device) is very nice, and allows us to purchase hardware competitively and keep in budget.

PCI compliance, protection of guest information, availability of support to guest 24/7/365.

Easy to install. No hassles. Helps guest not have to worry about there info staying on computer and gets them where they need to go quick and fast.

Keeps the headaches out of being an admin for your current business center station.

For the price you can't beat it. The customer service was amazing. When calling for support, I spoke to the same person each time I called (doing several installs). I loved that!
