Made it easier organising and managing the church members as well as emails without having to jump platforms.

Pros

Helps organising contacts for the church members and thus makes it easy to track members and check on them. It also has email capabilities which is the icing on the cake for me.

Cons

I did enjoy the free trial and was willing to continue like that but the company also need to make some money.

Pros

We use this software to manage our church membership, communication with church membership, and managing our church giving and various projects.

Cons

We haven't notice any real cons with this software. It is very user-friendly and we've found even our least tech-savvy member can use it.

I like the interface and most of the functionalities

Cons

There are glitches in giving batches and sending giving reports with templates is difficult and you cant preview what you are sending.

Cons

There are limitations to each of the above - like not being able to put a "do not respond" feature into the text or being able to text an individual rather than just a group.

Once I contact the office they respond promptly and ai am able to make good decisions about the church software needs.

Pros

We are a small church and needed some software that would allow us to take care of giving reports and document membership. This software is easy to use and will allow us to expand functionality as we grow.

Cons

The only drawback Insee so far is that it is sometimes hard to communicate directly to the company. They have different titles for the different versions or parts of the software and that sort of confuses me. I think because I am not a robust user.

Reasons for choosing Church Office Online

I choose Church Office because the price was best for our church. We are still a very small congregation, and I could not see spending too much on financial reporting. If that would be the case, I would go back to doing it by hand.

Reporting finance good. Helpful at tax time.

Cons

Very hard to figure out how to make changes to forms. Our system was set up by someone who is unavailable for help. Watched your video but didn't cover what I needed.
