I've used Microsoft 365 since I was in high school, through college, through grad school, and now at my organization. Co-pilot has been a game changer as well.

Pros

The features and the functionality. It hooks into Microsoft Teams, calendar management, etc. All the features needed for an HR department.

Cons

Nothing that I like least about it. I use these products every day and have for many years. Nothing bad to note.

Pros

I love products that all seamlessly connect and talk to each out and Microsoft 365 is one of those products. One drive for file sharing and accessing documents is one of the best around. I love that I can access it directly from my desktop application and save everything online in the cloud.

Cons

Some microsoft products do take some time to learn and get used to especially coming from Google products.

My overall experience has been highly positive as it serves as the backbone for my daily document management and communications. It offers unmatched feature depth and reliability for both personal and professional tasks, making the subscription cost well worth it for the sheer utility provided.

Pros

The cloud synchronization across all devices is completely seamless. Having Word, Excel, and OneDrive connected means I can switch from my phone to my laptop without losing any progress or worrying about saving files manually.

Cons

The interface can feel quite bloated and heavy, which occasionally causes slowdowns on older hardware. The subscription model also adds up over time compared to one-time purchase alternatives.

It's the backbone of how we operate daily. Could I find cheaper alternatives for individual pieces? Sure. But having everything connected and knowing our clients can open what we send them without format disasters makes it worth the cost. For a small business trying to look professional and stay organized, it does the job without making us hire IT help.

Pros

We run everything through this, email, shared drives, Teams for client calls. Excel handles our financial models and budgets without crashing like Google Sheets did. The ability to co-edit proposals in Word while on a call saves us hours. OneDrive keeps our contracts and project files accessible whether I'm at my desk or meeting clients offsite. Integration between apps means I'm not constantly switching platforms or dealing with compatibility issues.

Cons

The subscription costs add up quickly when you're managing a small team and watching every dollar. Some features we pay for never get touched, but you can't really downgrade without losing things you actually need. Updates occasionally move buttons around or change workflows without warning, which is annoying when you're in the middle of closing a deal.

It was very nice I used Microsoft word to build ready built templates in my computer portal and it was a nice experience building a cover letter and a resume through inbuilt resumes in word

Pros

I liked everything about the Microsoft 365 and I didn’t dislike anything because it was all an amazing platform

Cons

I disliked the use of excel basically cause I dislike using excel for files I feel like another platform for excel spreadsheet could be used instead of this system called the excel

Very positive! It is a reliable and practical solution for both individual and professional use. The apps work well together.

Pros

File sharing and collaboration are simple, and being able to access documents from my phone with the latest version that I did on my pc is very useful !

Cons

The main contra for me is the price. It can feel a bit expensive, especially if you don't use all the apps included in the package

We use Microsoft 365, primarily Word, for our pastoral and teaching staff. It has been very cost effective for a non-profit to be able to have multiple users on a license.

Pros

Being able to provide multiple user licensing, mostly for using Word, has been our main focus. For most of our staff, Word is the primary program used for most of the work day. The Microsoft App is also an excellent feature for users needing to transfer documents for use on digital devices; the ability to maintain the formatting and even edit with the same formatting capabilities in the app is awesome.

Cons

The Authenticator App function requiring 2-factor authentication when logging into a device. No other safety login requires holding 2 devices in hand in order to get access to one of them.

Pros
