Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been excellent. It is a reliable and all-in-one productivity suite that supports my work as a physiotherapist, my ongoing professional growth in Canada, and my personal life. It keeps everything organized, accessible, and easy to manage. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and dependable productivity solution.

Pros

Microsoft 365 has been extremely helpful in both my professional and personal life. As a physiotherapist working in Canada, I use it regularly for documentation, organizing patient-related information, creating reports, and managing day-to-day work tasks. The integration between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook makes everything smooth and efficient. Excel helps me track patient schedules and records, while Word is useful for preparing notes and documents. PowerPoint has also been valuable for creating presentations during my learning and professional development journey. The cloud storage feature is especially useful because I can access my files anytime, whether I’m at work or home. On a personal level, I also use Microsoft 365 to stay organized at home. It helps me manage routines and keep track of important personal information. Being a new mother, I find it helpful for organizing small but important details in a structured way. My husband also uses it for work and learning, so it has become something we both rely on in our daily lives.

Cons

The only drawback is the subscription cost, which can feel a bit high over time. Also, while the mobile apps are convenient, some advanced editing features are still better on a desktop.

Pros

Having all the tools that I would need for my work together in one place and a reasonable cost along with the ability to easily move all my files across all apps.

Cons

The current use of AI in every application feels forced in an unhelpful way. I am sure over time they will find the best uses for this type of technology.

Great. Microsoft 365 provides all the software we need - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams.

Pros

Microsoft 365 is a one-stop shop for all of our Microsoft packages, managed by our IT Provider which saves time for us.

Cons

I can't say we've had any problems with it It supplies everything we need to be able to run efficiently.

Pros

I love that I didn’t have a membership and just going through my school I was able to sign up and use Microsoft for free

Cons

I dislike that I can’t use the software without having a paid membership even with my having income issues.

Microsoft 365 has become the backbone of how we run our business. It replaces the need for traditional servers, supports collaboration across multiple job sites, and keeps everything centralized and accessible. Like anything, it requires structure and buy in from the team, but once it’s dialed in, it’s a powerful system that supports both office and field operations.

Pros

Microsoft 365 ties everything together for us. Between Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and now Copilot, it’s essentially our full operating system as a construction company. It keeps our office and field teams connected, allows real time document access, and streamlines communication across jobs.

Cons

There’s a lot packed into it, which can be overwhelming. If it’s not set up properly, things can get disorganized quickly. Licensing can also add up as you scale, especially when you start layering in premium tools. Some features feel underused unless you take the time to properly train your team
